Remove support for pen usage masking from hid-uclogic. Disable whole
interfaces instead. Most of those interfaces are useless, and if there
is one which has an unused pen usage, but also has useful reports, its
report descriptor should be rewritten instead.
This simplifies the code and the data structures.

The NV12, NV21, NV16, NV61, NV24 and NV42 formats are supported by
Tegra114 and later display hardware. Add the necessary programming to
allow them to be used.
Note that this does not work for Tegra186 and later yet because those
generations have a different display architecture that doesn't support
the same formats.

Use the correct pitch when programming the DC_WIN_PLANAR_STORAGE_UV
register's PITCH_U field to ensure the correct value is used in all
cases. This isn't currently causing any problems because the pitch
for both U and V planes is always the same.

Add the missing 'host1x_bo_cache_destroy()' call in the error handling

pdc_enable_intr() serves as a primitive to qcom_pdc_gic_{en,dis}able,
and has a raw spinlock for mutual exclusion, which is uses with
interruptible primitives.
This means that this critical section can itself be interrupted.
Should the interrupt also be a PDC interrupt, and the endpoint driver
perform an irq_disable() on that interrupt, we end-up in a deadlock.
Fix this by using the irqsave/irqrestore variants of the locking
primitives.

A careful look at the way the PDC driver works shows that:
- all interrupts are in the same space
- all interrupts are treated the same
And yet the driver creates two domains based on whether
the interrupt gets mapped directly or from the pinctrl code,
which is obviously a waste of resources.
Kill the non-wakeup domain and unify all the interrupt handling.

PDC_NO_PARENT_IRQ is pretty pointless, as all it indicates is
that the PDC terminates the interrupt hierarchy. Which is
exactly the same as not having a mapping in the GIC space.
This is also bad practice to treat the absence of a hwirq
as a hwirq itself.
Just explicitly use the region mapping pointer, and drop
the definition.

Some APs misbehave when TWT is used and cause our firmware to crash.
We don't know a reasonable way to detect and work around this problem
in the FW yet. To prevent these crashes, disable TWT in the driver by
stopping to advertise TWT support.

If we have to contend with non-mappable LMEM, then we need to ensure the
object fits within the mappable portion, like in the selftests, where we
later try to CPU access the pages. However if it can't then we need to
gracefully handle this, without throwing an error.
Also it looks like TTM will return -ENOMEM, in ttm_bo_mem_space() after
exhausting all possible placements.

The end goal is to have userspace tell the kernel what buffers will
require CPU access, however if we ever reach the CPU fault handler, and
the current resource is not mappable, then we should attempt to migrate
the buffer to the mappable portion of LMEM, or even system memory, if the
allowable placements permit it.

If we need to make room for some mappable object, then we should
only victimize objects that have one or pages that occupy the visible
portion of LMEM. Let's also create a new priority hint for objects that
are placed in mappable memory, where we know that CPU access was
requested, that way we hopefully victimize these last.

Add per-vni statistics for vni filter mode. Counting Rx/Tx
bytes/packets/drops/errors at the appropriate places.
This patch changes vxlan_vs_find_vni to also return the
vxlan_vni_node in cases where the vni belongs to a vni
filtering vxlan device

This patch adds vnifiltering support to collect metadata device.
Motivation:
You can only use a single vxlan collect metadata device for a given
vxlan udp port in the system today. The vxlan collect metadata device
terminates all received vxlan packets. As shown in the below diagram,
there are use-cases where you need to support multiple such vxlan devices in
independent bridge domains. Each vxlan device must terminate the vni's
it is configured for.
Example usecase: In a service provider network a service provider
typically supports multiple bridge domains with overlapping vlans.
One bridge domain per customer. Vlans in each bridge domain are
mapped to globally unique vxlan ranges assigned to each customer.
vnifiltering support in collect metadata devices terminates only configured
vnis. This is similar to vlan filtering in bridge driver. The vni filtering
capability is provided by a new flag on collect metadata device.
In the below pic:
- customer1 is mapped to br1 bridge domain
- customer2 is mapped to br2 bridge domain
- customer1 vlan 10-11 is mapped to vni 1001-1002
- customer2 vlan 10-11 is mapped to vni 2001-2002
- br1 and br2 are vlan filtering bridges
- vxlan1 and vxlan2 are collect metadata devices with
vnifiltering enabled

With this implementation, vxlan dst metadata device can
be associated with range of vnis.
struct vxlan_vni_node is introduced to represent
a configured vni. We start with vni and its
associated remote_ip in this structure. This
structure can be extended to bring in other
per vni attributes if there are usecases for it.
A vni inherits an attribute from the base vxlan device
if there is no per vni attributes defined.
struct vxlan_dev gets a new rhashtable for
vnis called vxlan_vni_group. vxlan_vnifilter.c
implements the necessary netlink api, notifications
and helper functions to process and manage lifecycle
of vxlan_vni_node.
This patch also adds new helper functions in vxlan_multicast.c
to handle per vni remote_ip multicast groups which are part
of vxlan_vni_group.

This patch changes multicast helpers to take rip and ifindex as input.
This is needed in future patches where rip can come from a pervni

When "dump_apple_properties" is used on the kernel boot command line,
it causes an Unknown parameter message and the string is added to init's
argument strings:
Unknown kernel command line parameters "dump_apple_properties
BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/bzImage-517rc6 efivar_ssdt=newcpu_ssdt", will be
passed to user space.
Run /sbin/init as init process
with arguments:
/sbin/init
dump_apple_properties
with environment:
HOME=/
TERM=linux
BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/bzImage-517rc6
efivar_ssdt=newcpu_ssdt
Similarly when "efivar_ssdt=somestring" is used, it is added to the
Unknown parameter message and to init's environment strings, polluting
them (see examples above).
Change the return value of the __setup functions to 1 to indicate
that the __setup options have been handled.

In commit d687e056a18f ("soc: mediatek: mmsys: Add mt8192 mmsys routing table"),
the mmsys routing table for mt8192 was introduced but the input selector
for DITHER->DSI0 has no value assigned to it.
This means that we are clearing bit 0 instead of setting it, blocking
communication between these two blocks; due to that, any display that
is connected to DSI0 will not work, as no data will go through.
The effect of that issue is that, during bootup, the DRM will block for
some time, while atomically waiting for a vblank that never happens;
later, the situation doesn't get better, leaving the display in a
non-functional state.
To fix this issue, fix the route entry in the table by assigning the
dither input selector to MT8192_DISP_DSI0_SEL_IN.

Because there is no way to detect if the touchscreen has pen support,
the driver is allocating and registering the input_pen input_dev on
receiving the first pen event.
But this means that the input_dev gets allocated after the request_irq()
call which means that the devm framework will free it before disabling
the irq, leaving a window where the irq handler may run and reference the
free-ed input_dev.
To fix this move the allocation of the input_pen input_dev to before
the request_irq() call, while still only registering it on the first pen
event so that the driver does not advertise pen capability on touchscreens
without it (most goodix touchscreens do not have pen support).
