The allegro driver must ensure that the mcu and core clocks are enabled
and set to the expected clock rate before trying to load the firmware
and to reset the MCU.
Up until now, the driver assumed that the clocks are always enabled in
the PL (programming logic), because the xlnx_vcu driver did not export
the clocks to other drivers. This has changed and by explicitly enabling
the clocks in the driver, this assumption can be dropped.
It might even be possible to disable the clocks for the encoder if the
encoder is not used. However, the behavior is not documented and it
might be necessary to reinitialize the encoder after deactivating the
clocks. Play it safe by sticking to the current behavior.

The VCU provides information about its configuration in a dedicated
register space. These settings include, for example, the expected clock
rates and the configuration of the encoder buffer. In the device tree,
the settings are described by the "xlnx,vcu-settings" compatible.
The settings are needed to correctly configure the clocks and the
encoder buffer.
Lookup the VCU settings in the device tree and make it accessible to the
driver via a regmap.

If the module probe finished, but the firmware initialization failed,
removing the module must not revert the firmware initialization.
Add a field to track the status of the firmware initialization and only
roll it back, if the firmware was successfully initialized.

The mailbox is initialized after the interrupt handler is installed. As
the firmware is loaded and started even later, it should not happen that
the interrupt occurs without the mailbox being initialized.
As the Linux Driver Verification project (linuxtesting.org) keeps
reporting this as an error, add a check to ignore interrupts before the
mailbox is initialized to fix this potential null pointer dereference.

Using local kmaps slightly reduces the chances to stray writes, and
the bvec interface cleans up the code a little bit.
Also switch from page_address to bvec_kmap_local for cbv to be on the
safe side and to avoid pointlessly poking into bvec internals.

Calculation of cache_set's cached sectors is done by travelling
cached_devs list as shown below:

c->cached_dev_sectors = sectors;

But cached_dev won't be unlinked from c->cached_devs list until we call
following list_move(&dc->list, &uncached_devices),
so previous fix in 'commit 46010141da6677b81cc77f9b47f8ac62bd1cbfd3
("bcache: recal cached_dev_sectors on detach")' is wrong, now we move
it to its right place.

In register_bcache(), there are several cases we didn't set
correct error info (return value and/or error message):
- if kzalloc() fails, it needs to return ENOMEM and print
"cannot allocate memory";
- if register_cache() fails, it's better to propagate its
return value rather than using default EINVAL.

Barco P50 board
Add a driver providing access to the GPIOs for the identify button and led
present on Barco P50 board, based on the pcengines-apuv2.c driver.
There is unfortunately no suitable ACPI entry for the EC communication
interface, so instead bind to boards with "P50" as their DMI product family
and hard code the I/O port number (0x299).
The driver also hooks up the leds-gpio and gpio-keys-polled drivers to the
GPIOs, so they are finally exposed as:

__dasd_device_check_path_events() calls the discipline path event handler.
This handler can leave the 'to be verified pathmask' populated for an
additional verification.
There is a race window where the worker has finished before
dasd_path_clear_all_verify() is called which resets the tbvpm.
Due to this there could be outstanding path verifications missed.
Fix by clearing the pathmasks before calling the handler and add them
again in case of an error.

dasd_eckd_path_available_action() does a memory allocation to store
the per path configuration data permanently.
In the unlikely case that this allocation fails there is no conf_data
stored for the corresponding path.
This is OK since this is not necessary for an operational path but some
features like control unit initiated reconfiguration (CUIR) do not work.
To fix this add the path to the 'to be verified pathmask' again and
schedule the handler again.

Reproduce this issue as follows:
1. nbd-server 8000 /tmp/disk
2. nbd-client localhost 8000 /dev/nbd1
3. cat /sys/block/nbd1/pid
Then trigger use-after-free in pid_show.
Reason is after do step '2', nbd-client progress is already exit. So
it's task_struct already freed.
To solve this issue, revert part of 6521d39a64b3's modify and remove
useless 'recv_task' member of nbd_device.

When posix_clock_register() returns an error, the name allocated
in dev_set_name() will be leaked, the put_device() should be used
to give up the device reference, then the name will be freed in
kobject_cleanup() and other memory will be freed in ptp_clock_release().

Add st,min-sample-time-nsecs to channel generic binding.
Sample time can be defined par channel node. If a channel
is configured as differential, the same sample time applies
for both inputs.
Keep support of legacy st,min-sample-time-nsecs property
for backward compatibility.

Add support of vrefint calibration.
If a channel is labeled as vrefint, get vrefint calibration
from non volatile memory for this channel.
vrefint channel is exposed as a processed channel returning
the actual value of vrefp:
vrefp = 3.3 x vrefint_cal / vrefint_data
A conversion on vrefint channel allows to update scale
factor according to vrefint deviation, compared to vrefint
calibration value.

Add support of ADC2 internal channels VDDCORE, VREFINT and VBAT.
The reserved label name "vddcore", "vrefint" and "vbat" must
be used in Device Tree channel node, to enable the corresponding
internal channel.
Note: This patch does not provide support of internal channels
for F4 and H7.

The length of hw->settings->odr_table is 2 and ref_sensor->id is an enum
variable whose value is between 0 and 5.
However, the value ST_LSM6DSX_ID_MAX (i.e. 5) is not caught properly in
switch (sensor->id) {
If ref_sensor->id is ST_LSM6DSX_ID_MAX, an array overflow will ocurrs in
function st_lsm6dsx_check_odr():
odr_table = &sensor->hw->settings->odr_table[sensor->id];
and in function st_lsm6dsx_set_odr():
reg = &hw->settings->odr_table[ref_sensor->id].reg;
To avoid this array overflow, handle ST_LSM6DSX_ID_GYRO explicitly and
return -EINVAL for the default case.
The enum value ST_LSM6DSX_ID_MAX is only present as an easy way to check
the limit and as such is never used, however this is not locally obvious.

When possible use dev_err_probe help to properly deal with the
PROBE_DEFER error, the benefit is that DEFER issue will be logged
in the devices_deferred debugfs file.
Using dev_err_probe() can reduce code size, and the error value
gets printed.

When possible use dev_err_probe help to properly deal with the
PROBE_DEFER error, the benefit is that DEFER issue will be logged
in the devices_deferred debugfs file.
Using dev_err_probe() can reduce code size, and the error value
gets printed.

When !iio_buffer_space_available(rb) is true and signal_pending(current)
is false the end of the do-while loop is reached and the uninitialized
variable ret is zero checked. Fix this by initializing variable ret to
zero.

The remove function and the goto sections are not necessary if devm
functions are used.
Convert device register to devm version. Add hook functions to release
device resources, and use them inside probe with devm_add_action,
which will release resources on driver detach.
To maintain the order of which device resources were released/reseted,
register the hook functions as soon as resources are obtained/initialized.
Since devres actions are called on driver detach, the remove
function and the error-handling goto sections are no longer necessary.

On some platforms the supply regulators must be enabled before the
sensor can work. Add vdd and vddio regulators for the sensor and IO bus
power respectively.

If something goes wrong in the remove callback, returning an error code
just results in an error message. The device still disappears.
So don't skip disabling the regulator in st95hf_remove() if resetting
the controller via spi fails. Also don't return an error code which just
results in two error messages.

Some Micrel KSZ8041NL PHY chips exhibit continuous RX errors after using
the power down mode bit (0.11). If the PHY is taken out of power down
mode in a certain temperature range, the PHY enters a weird state which
leads to continuously reporting RX errors. In that state, the MAC is not
able to receive or send any Ethernet frames and the activity LED is
constantly blinking. Since Linux is using the suspend callback when the
interface is taken down, ending up in that state can easily happen
during a normal startup.
Micrel confirmed the issue in errata DS80000700A [*], caused by abnormal
clock recovery when using power down mode. Even the latest revision (A4,
Revision ID 0x1513) seems to suffer that problem, and according to the
errata is not going to be fixed.
Remove the suspend/resume callback to avoid using the power down mode
completely.
