TI Palmas series Power Management IC have multiple pins which can be
configured for different functionality. This pins can be configured
for different function. Also their properties like pull up/down,
open drain enable/disable are configurable.
Add support for pincontrol driver Palmas series device like TPS65913,
TPS80036. The driver supports to be register from DT only.
Changes from V1:
- Add generic property for pins and functions in pinconf-generic.
- Add APIs to map the DT and subnode.
- Move common utils APIs to the pinctrl-utils from this file.
- Update the binding document accordingly.

Hook up "pm_power_off" to palmas power off routine if there is DT
property "ti,system-power-controller" defined, so platform which is
powered by this regulator can be powered off properly.

SMPS10 has two outputs OUT1 and OUT2 and have one input IN1.
SMPS10-OUT2 is connected to SMPS10-IN1 and can be configured either
in BOOST mode or BYPASS mode. regulator_enable of SMPS10-OUT2 configures
it in BOOST mode. For BYPASS mode regulator_allow_bypass() API can be
used. SMPS10-OUT1 is connected to SMPS10-OUT2 and can be enabled using
regulator_enable().

Based on system design, platform needs to detect the VBUS or ID or
both. Provide option to select this through platform data to
disable part of cable detection through palmas-usb.

ADC is ideally expected to work at a frequency of 3MHz.
The present code had a check, which returned error if the frequency
went below the threshold value. But since AM335x supports various
working frequencies, this check is not required.
Now the code just uses the internal ADC clock divider to set the ADC
frequency w.r.t the sys clock.

Since these are fixed rate clocks which are registered with common clock
framework so remove these from list of regulators which were unnecessarily
incrementing the count(S2MPS11_REGULATOR_MAX) of regulators.

TWL6040 is used only with OMAP4/5 SoCs and they can only boot in in DT mode.
The support for pdata/legacy boot can be removed.
Add TODO comment to the header file that all pdata struct can be removed in
the next merge window (after the sub driver updates are in).

Previously we tried to read data form ADC even before ADC sequencer
finished sampling. This led to wrong samples.
We now wait on ADC status register idle bit to be set.

Implementing set_ramp_rate() and using standard constraints for getting
ramp_delay and ramp_disable, instead of getting it as s2mps11 specific data
through platform data, makes driver more compliant with framework and reduces
the complexity for adding DT support.

This patch makes driver to use uV/us as units of ramp_delay. It makes driver
in compliance with regulator framework and make ramp rate precise.
This patch also sets default ramp rate in regulator descriptor which can be
used in case if case ramp rate is not set in regulator constraints.

Pull ARM SoC specific changes from Arnd Bergmann:
"These changes are all to SoC-specific code, a total of 33 branches on
17 platforms were pulled into this. Like last time, Renesas sh-mobile
is now the platform with the most changes, followed by OMAP and
EXYNOS.
Two new platforms, TI Keystone and Rockchips RK3xxx are added in this
branch, both containing almost no platform specific code at all, since
they are using generic subsystem interfaces for clocks, pinctrl,
interrupts etc. The device drivers are getting merged through the
respective subsystem maintainer trees.
One more SoC (u300) is now multiplatform capable and several others
(shmobile, exynos, msm, integrator, kirkwood, clps711x) are moving
towards that goal with this series but need more work.
Also noteworthy is the work on PCI here, which is traditionally part

This patch modifies the platform data of max8998 to use arrays for
specifying predefined voltages of buck1 and buck2 instead of separate
field for each voltage.
This allows to simplify the code a bit and will help in adding support
for Device Tree, which will be introduced in further patch.

This patch adds irq domain support for max8998 interrupts.
To keep both non-DT and DT worlds happy, simple domain is used, which is
linear when no explicit IRQ base is specified and legacy, with static
mapping, otherwise.

This patch adds new regulator driver to support max77693 chip's regulators.
max77693 has two linear voltage regulators and one current regulator which
can be controlled through I2C bus. This driver also supports device tree.

Add core MFD driver for the on-board PLD found on some Kontron embedded

DaVinci SoC changes for v3.11
This pull request moves DaVinci EDMA library to
arch/arm/common so it can be used by OMAP based AM335x.
This is a temporary step until all drivers are converted
to use the dmaengine driver in drivers/dma/edma.c.
Several drivers like SPI, MMC/SD have already been converted.
Some like audio are pending.
The other two patches in the pull request are cleanup in nature.

Change the chip id definition and detection and then:
1. We no longer need to add PM800_CHIP_XXX for the coming revision.
2. We no longer need to pass driver_data in i2c_device_id as we
can distinguish the chips from the CHIP_ID register.

88pm800 has two addtional pages - power and gpadc.
The address of the pages depends on the address of 88pm800.
So do not need pass the address of the power and gpadc in
platform data.

The wm8997 is a compact, high-performance audio hub CODEC with SLIMbus
interfacing, for smartphones, tablets and other portable audio devices
based on the Arizona platform.
