Move SAM9X60's PLL register offsets to PMC header so that the
definitions would also be available from arch/arm/mach-at91/pm_suspend.S.
This is necessary to disable/enable PLLA for SAM9X60 on suspend/resume.

The DEV_DAX_KMEM facility is a generic mechanism to allow device-dax
instances, fronting performance-differentiated-memory like pmem, to be
added to the System RAM pool. The NUMA node for that hot-added memory is
derived from the device-dax instance's 'target_node' attribute.
Recall that the 'target_node' is the ACPI-PXM-to-node translation for
memory when it comes online whereas the 'numa_node' attribute of the
device represents the closest online cpu node.
Presently useful target_node information from the ACPI SRAT is discarded
with the expectation that "Reserved" memory will never be onlined. Now,
DEV_DAX_KMEM violates that assumption, there is a need to retain the
translation. Move, rather than discard, numa_memblk data to a secondary
array that memory_add_physaddr_to_target_node() may consider at a later
point in time.

Currently x86 numa_meminfo is marked __initdata in the
CONFIG_MEMORY_HOTPLUG=n case. In support of a new facility to allow
drivers to map reserved memory to a 'target_node'
(phys_to_target_node()), add support for removing the __initdata
designation for those users. Both memory hotplug and
phys_to_target_node() users select CONFIG_NUMA_KEEP_MEMINFO to tell the
arch to maintain its physical address to NUMA mapping infrastructure
post init.

The acpi_map_pxm_to_online_node() helper is used to find the closest
online node to a given proximity domain. This is used to map devices in
a proximity domain with no online memory or cpus to the closest online
node and populate a device's 'numa_node' property. The numa_node
property allows applications to be migrated "close" to a resource.
In preparation for providing a generic facility to optionally map an
address range to its closest online node, or the node the range would
represent were it to be onlined (target_node), up-level the core of
acpi_map_pxm_to_online_node() to a generic mm/numa helper.

The UAC2 Effect Unit Descriptor has a slightly different definition
from other similar ones like Processing Unit or Extension Unit.
Define it here so that it can be used in USB-audio driver in a later
patch.

All architectures which use the generic VDSO code have their own storage
for the VDSO clock mode. That's pointless and just requires duplicate code.
Provide generic storage for it. The new Kconfig symbol is intermediate and
will be removed once all architectures are converted over.

Looking at how mci->{ue,ce}_per_layer[EDAC_MAX_LAYERS] is used, it
turns out that only the leaves in the memory hierarchy are consumed
(in sysfs), but not the intermediate layers, e.g.:
count = dimm->mci->ce_per_layer[dimm->mci->n_layers-1][dimm->idx];
These unused counters only add complexity, remove them. The error
counter values are directly stored in struct dimm_info now.

Many functions carry the enable_per_layer_report argument. This is a
bool value indicating the error information contains some location
data where the error occurred. This can easily being determined by
checking the pos[] array for values. Negative values indicate there is
no location available. So if the top layer is negative, the error
location is unknown.
Just check if the top layer is negative and remove
enable_per_layer_report as function argument and also from struct
edac_raw_error_desc.

This patch further relaxes the need to drop an skb due to a clash with
an existing conntrack entry.
Current clash resolution handles the case where the clash occurs between
two identical entries (distinct nf_conn objects with same tuples), i.e.:

clashing: 10.2.3.4:42 -> 10.8.8.8:53 10.2.3.4:42 <- 10.0.0.6:5353
... existing handling will discard the unconfirmed clashing entry and
makes skb->_nfct point to the existing one. The skb can then be
processed normally just as if the clash would not have existed in the
first place.
For other clashes, the skb needs to be dropped.
This frequently happens with DNS resolvers that send A and AAAA queries
back-to-back when NAT rules are present that cause packets to get
different DNAT transformations applied, for example:
-m statistics --mode random ... -j DNAT --dnat-to 10.0.0.6:5353
-m statistics --mode random ... -j DNAT --dnat-to 10.0.0.7:5353
In this case the A or AAAA query is dropped which incurs a costly
delay during name resolution.
This patch also allows this collision type:

In this case, clash is in original direction -- the reply direction
is still unique.
The change makes it so that when the 2nd colliding packet is received,
the clashing conntrack is tagged with new IPS_NAT_CLASH_BIT, gets a fixed
1 second timeout and is inserted in the reply direction only.
The entry is hidden from 'conntrack -L', it will time out quickly
and it can be early dropped because it will never progress to the
ASSURED state.
To avoid special-casing the delete code path to special case
the ORIGINAL hlist_nulls node, a new helper, "hlist_nulls_add_fake", is
added so hlist_nulls_del() will work.
Example:

The conntrack entry is deleted from table, as it has the NAT_CLASH
bit set.
In case of a retransmit from ORIGINAL dir, all further packets will get
the DNAT transformation to 10.0.0.6.
I tried to come up with other solutions but they all have worse
problems.
Alternatives considered were:
1. Confirm ct entries at allocation time, not in postrouting.
a. will cause uneccesarry work when the skb that creates the
conntrack is dropped by ruleset.
b. in case nat is applied, ct entry would need to be moved in
the table, which requires another spinlock pair to be taken.
c. breaks the 'unconfirmed entry is private to cpu' assumption:
we would need to guard all nfct->ext allocation requests with
ct->lock spinlock.
2. Make the unconfirmed list a hash table instead of a pcpu list.
Shares drawback c) of the first alternative.
3. Document this is expected and force users to rearrange their
ruleset (e.g. by using "-m cluster" instead of "-m statistics").
nft has the 'jhash' expression which can be used instead of 'numgen'.
Major drawback: doesn't fix what I consider a bug, not very realistic
and I believe its reasonable to have the existing rulesets to 'just
work'.
4. Document this is expected and force users to steer problematic
packets to the same CPU -- this would serialize the "allocate new
conntrack entry/nat table evaluation/perform nat/confirm entry", so
no race can occur. Similar drawback to 3.
Another advantage of this patch compared to 1) and 2) is that there are
no changes to the hot path; things are handled in the udp tracker and
the clash resolution path.

Add a couple of helpers to resolve negotiated flow control. Two helpers
are provided:
- linkmode_resolve_pause() which takes the link partner and local
advertisements, and decodes whether we should enable TX or RX pause
at the MAC. This is useful outside of phylib, e.g. in phylink.
- phy_get_pause(), which returns the TX/RX enablement status for the
current negotiation results of the PHY.
This allows us to centralise the flow control resolution, rather than
spreading it around.

linkmode_test_bit() does not modify the address; test_bit() is also
declared const volatile for the same reason. There's no need for
linkmode_test_bit() to be any different, and allows implementation of
helpers that take a const linkmode pointer.

netdev_next_lower_dev_rcu() will be used to implement a function,
which is to walk all lower interfaces.
There are already functions that they walk their lower interface.
(netdev_walk_all_lower_dev_rcu, netdev_walk_all_lower_dev()).
But, there would be cases that couldn't be covered by given
netdev_walk_all_lower_dev_{rcu}() function.
So, some modules would want to implement own function,
which is to walk all lower interfaces.
In the next patch, netdev_next_lower_dev_rcu() will be used.
In addition, this patch removes two unused prototypes in netdevice.h.

The alarm function hadn't been supported by PTP clock driver.
The recommended solution PHC + phc2sys + nanosleep provides
best performance. So drop the code of alarm in ptp_qoriq driver.

The only PCI specific part of of_pci_range_parser_one() is the handling
of the 3rd address cell. Rework it to work on regular 1 and 2 cell
addresses.
Use defines and a union to avoid a treewide renaming of the parsing
helpers and struct.

The sched domain pointer argument from topology_get_freq_scale() and
topology_get_cpu_scale() got removed by commit 7673c8a4c75d
("sched/cpufreq: Remove arch_scale_freq_capacity()'s 'sd' parameter")
and commit 8ec59c0f5f49 ("sched/topology: Remove unused 'sd' parameter
from arch_scale_cpu_capacity()").
So the 'struct sched_domain' forward declaration is no longer needed.
Remove it.

Drop the PM QoS classes enum including PM_QOS_CPU_DMA_LATENCY,
drop the wrappers around pm_qos_request(), pm_qos_request_active(),
and pm_qos_add/update/remove_request() introduced previously, rename
these functions, respectively, to cpu_latency_qos_limit(),
cpu_latency_qos_request_active(), and
cpu_latency_qos_add/update/remove_request(), and update their
kerneldoc comments. [While at it, drop some useless comments from
these functions.]
No intentional functional impact.

This introduces a helper function to be called only by network drivers
that wraps calls to icmp[v6]_send in a conntrack transformation, in case
NAT has been used. We don't want to pollute the non-driver path, though,
so we introduce this as a helper to be called by places that actually
make use of this, as suggested by Florian.

Introduce (temporary) wrappers around pm_qos_request(),
pm_qos_request_active() and pm_qos_add/update/remove_request() to
provide replacements for them with function signatures that will be
used in the final CPU latency QoS API, so that the users of it can be
switched over to the new arrangement one by one before the API is
finally set.
No intentional functional impact.

Change the return type of pm_qos_request() to be the same as the
one of pm_qos_read_value() called by it internally and stop exporting
it to modules (because its only caller, cpuidle, is not modular).
Also move the pm_qos_read_value() header away from the CPU latency
QoS API function headers in pm_qos.h (because it technically does
not belong to that API).
No intentional functional impact.

First, rename PM_QOS_CPU_DMA_LAT_DEFAULT_VALUE to
PM_QOS_CPU_LATENCY_DEFAULT_VALUE and update all of the code
referring to it accordingly.
Next, rename cpu_dma_constraints to cpu_latency_constraints, move
the definition of it closer to the functions referring to it and
update all of them accordingly. [While at it, add a comment to mark
the start of the code related to the CPU latency QoS.]
Finally, rename the pm_qos_power_*() family of functions and
pm_qos_power_fops to cpu_latency_qos_*() and cpu_latency_qos_fops,
respectively, and update the definition of cpu_latency_qos_miscdev.
[While at it, update the miscdev interface code start comment.]
No intentional functional impact.

Notice that pm_qos_remove_notifier() is not used at all and the only
caller of pm_qos_add_notifier() is the cpuidle core, which only needs
the PM_QOS_CPU_DMA_LATENCY notifier to invoke wake_up_all_idle_cpus()
upon changes of the PM_QOS_CPU_DMA_LATENCY target value.
First, to ensure that wake_up_all_idle_cpus() will be called
whenever the PM_QOS_CPU_DMA_LATENCY target value changes, modify the
pm_qos_add/update/remove_request() family of functions to check if
the effective constraint for the PM_QOS_CPU_DMA_LATENCY has changed
and call wake_up_all_idle_cpus() directly in that case.
Next, drop the PM_QOS_CPU_DMA_LATENCY notifier from cpuidle as it is
not necessary any more.
Finally, drop both pm_qos_add_notifier() and pm_qos_remove_notifier(),
as they have no callers now, along with cpu_dma_lat_notifier which is
only used by them.

First, change the definition of struct pm_qos_request so that it
contains a struct pm_qos_constraints pointer (called "qos") instead
of a PM QoS class number (in preparation for dropping the PM QoS
classes concept altogether going forward) and move its definition
(along with the definition of struct pm_qos_flags_request that does
not change) after the definition of struct pm_qos_constraints.
Next, drop the definition of struct pm_qos_object and the null_pm_qos
and cpu_dma_pm_qos variables of that type along with pm_qos_array[]
holding pointers to them and change the code to refer to the
pm_qos_constraints structure directly or to use the new qos pointer
in struct pm_qos_request for that instead of going through
pm_qos_array[] to access it. Also update kerneldoc comments that
mention pm_qos_class to refer to PM_QOS_CPU_DMA_LATENCY directly
instead.
Finally, drop register_pm_qos_misc(), introduce cpu_latency_qos_miscdev
(with the name field set to "cpu_dma_latency") to implement the
CPU latency QoS interface in /dev/ and register it directly from
pm_qos_power_init().
After these changes the notion of PM QoS classes remains only in the
API (in the form of redundant function parameters that are ignored)
and in the definitions of PM QoS trace events.
While at it, some redundant local variables are dropped etc.
No intentional functional impact.

The pm_qos_update_request_timeout() function is not called from
anywhere, so drop it along with the work member in struct
pm_qos_request needed by it.
Also drop the useless pm_qos_update_request_timeout trace event
that is only triggered by that function (so it never triggers at
all) and update the trace events documentation accordingly.
