The majority of runtime_suspend and runtime_resume handling
doesn't have anything specific to the ASoC driver, so can be
shared by the HDA driver. Move this code into the shared
library.

The ASoC and HDA drivers have structures that contain some of the same
information - instead of maintaining two locations for this data the
drivers should share a common data structure as this will enable common
utility functions to be created.
The first step is to move the location of these members in the ASoC
driver.

Interest among UFS users in HPB has reduced significantly. I am not aware
of any current users of the HPB functionality. Hence remove HPB support
from the kernel.
A note: the work in JEDEC on a successor for HPB is nearing completion.
Zoned storage for UFS or ZUFS combines the UFS standard with ZBC-2.

There are devices (such as Murata IRS-D200 PIR proximity sensor) that
check the data signal with a running period. I.e. for a specified time,
they count the number of conditions that have occurred, and then signal
if that is more than a specified amount.
`IIO_EV_INFO_PERIOD` resets when the condition no longer is true and is
therefore not suitable for these devices. Add a new `iio_event_info`
`IIO_EV_INFO_RUNNING_PERIOD` that can be used as a running period. Also
add a new `IIO_EV_INFO_RUNNING_COUNT` that can be used to specify the
number of conditions that must occur during this running period.

This change adds a new sysctl accept_ra_min_rtr_lft to specify the
minimum acceptable router lifetime in an RA. If the received RA router
lifetime is less than the configured value (and not 0), the RA is
ignored.
This is useful for mobile devices, whose battery life can be impacted
by networks that configure RAs with a short lifetime. On such networks,
the device should never gain IPv6 provisioning and should attempt to
drop RAs via hardware offload, if available.

This patch adds the capability to filter messages sent by the proc
connector on the event type supplied in the message from the client
to the connector. The client can register to listen for an event type
given in struct proc_input.
This event based filteting will greatly enhance performance - handling
8K exits takes about 70ms, whereas 8K-forks + 8K-exits takes about 150ms
& handling 8K-forks + 8K-exits + 8K-execs takes 200ms. There are currently
9 different types of events, and we need to listen to all of them. Also,
measuring the time using pidfds for monitoring 8K process exits took
much longer - 200ms, as compared to 70ms using only exit notifications of
proc connector.
We also add a new event type - PROC_EVENT_NONZERO_EXIT, which is
only sent by kernel to a listening application when any process exiting,
has a non-zero exit status. This will help the clients like Oracle DB,
where a monitoring process wants notfications for non-zero process exits
so it can cleanup after them.
This kind of a new event could also be useful to other applications like
Google's lmkd daemon, which needs a killed process's exit notification.
The patch takes care that existing clients using old mechanism of not
sending the event type work without any changes.
cn_filter function checks to see if the event type being notified via
proc connector matches the event type requested by client, before
sending(matches) or dropping(does not match) a packet.

The current proc connector code has the foll. bugs - if there are more
than one listeners for the proc connector messages, and one of them
deregisters for listening using PROC_CN_MCAST_IGNORE, they will still get
all proc connector messages, as long as there is another listener.
Another issue is if one client calls PROC_CN_MCAST_LISTEN, and another one
calls PROC_CN_MCAST_IGNORE, then both will end up not getting any messages.
This patch adds filtering and drops packet if client has sent
PROC_CN_MCAST_IGNORE. This data is stored in the client socket's
sk_user_data. In addition, we only increment or decrement
proc_event_num_listeners once per client. This fixes the above issues.
cn_release is the release function added for NETLINK_CONNECTOR. It uses
the newly added netlink_release function added to netlink_sock. It will
free sk_user_data.

A new function netlink_release is added in netlink_sock to store the
protocol's release function. This is called when the socket is deleted.
This can be supplied by the protocol via the release function in
netlink_kernel_cfg. This is being added for the NETLINK_CONNECTOR
protocol, so it can free it's data when socket is deleted.

When the system is shut down, the process is killed, but the
accelerator device does not stop executing the tasks. If the
accelerator device still accesses the memory and writes back data
to the memory after the memory is reclaimed by the system,
an NFE error may occur. Therefore, before the system is shut
down, the driver needs to stop the device and write data back
to the memory.

for legit reasons, all the users simply haven't been converted
to skb-based recycling, yet. Previous changes converted them.

In the case of devices with multiple clocks, drivers need to specify the
clock index for the OPP framework to find the OPP corresponding to the
floor/ceil of the supplied frequency. So let's introduce the two new APIs
accepting the clock index as an argument.
These APIs use the exising _find_key_ceil() helper by supplying the clock
index to it.

The current implementation of HTB offload returns the EINVAL error for
quantum parameter. This patch removes the error returning checks for
'quantum' parameter and populates its value to tc_htb_qopt_offload
structure such that driver can use the same.
Add quantum parameter check in mlx5 driver, as mlx5 devices are not capable
of supporting the quantum parameter when htb offload is used. Report error
if quantum parameter is set to a non-default value.

When a front panel joins a bridge via another netdevice (typically a LAG),
the driver needs to learn about the objects configured on the bridge port.
When the bridge port is offloaded by the driver for the first time, this
can be achieved by passing a notifier to switchdev_bridge_port_offload().
The notifier is then invoked for the individual objects (such as VLANs)
configured on the bridge, and can look for the interesting ones.
Calling switchdev_bridge_port_offload() when the second port joins the
bridge lower is unnecessary, but the replay is still needed. To that end,
add a new function, switchdev_bridge_port_replay(), which does only the
replay part of the _offload() function in exactly the same way as that
function.

This patch fixes the current handling of F_CANCELLK by not just doing a
unlock as we need to try to cancel a lock at first. A unlock makes sense
on a non-blocking lock request but if it's a blocking lock request we
need to cancel the request until it's not granted yet. This patch is fixing
this behaviour by first try to cancel a lock request and if it's failed
it's unlocking the lock which seems to be granted.
Note: currently the nfs locking handling was disabled by commit
40595cdc93ed ("nfs: block notification on fs with its own ->lock").
However DLM was never being updated regarding to this change. Future
patches will try to fix lockd lock requests for DLM. This patch is
currently assuming the upstream DLM lockd handling is correct.

This patch implements dlm plock F_SETLKW interruption feature. If a
blocking posix lock request got interrupted in user space by a signal a
cancellation request for a non granted lock request to the user space
lock manager will be send. The user lock manager answers either with
zero or a negative errno code. A errno of -ENOENT signals that there is
currently no blocking lock request waiting to being granted. In case of
-ENOENT it was probably to late to request a cancellation and the
pending lock got granted. In any error case we will wait until the lock
is being granted as cancellation failed, this causes also that in case
of an older user lock manager returning -EINVAL we will wait as
cancellation is not supported which should be fine. If a user requires
this feature the user should update dlm user space to support lock
request cancellation.

The btmtk driver uses an IS_ENABLED() check to conditionally compile
the coredump support, but this fails to build because the hdev->dump
member is in an #ifdef:

hci_update_accept_list_sync iterates over hdev->pend_le_conns and
hdev->pend_le_reports, and waits for controller events in the loop body,
without holding hdev lock.
Meanwhile, these lists and the items may be modified e.g. by
le_scan_cleanup. This can invalidate the list cursor or any other item
in the list, resulting to invalid behavior (eg use-after-free).
Use RCU for the hci_conn_params action lists. Since the loop bodies in
hci_sync block and we cannot use RCU or hdev->lock for the whole loop,
copy list items first and then iterate on the copy. Only the flags field
is written from elsewhere, so READ_ONCE/WRITE_ONCE should guarantee we
read valid values.
Free params everywhere with hci_conn_params_free so the cleanup is
guaranteed to be done properly.
This fixes the following, which can be triggered e.g. by BlueZ new
mgmt-tester case "Add + Remove Device Nowait - Success", or by changing
hci_le_set_cig_params to always return false, and running iso-tester:

Each of qcom,spmi-adc7-pm*.h headers define a set of ADC channels that
can be used for monitoring on thie particular chip. Switch them to use
channel IDs defined in the dt-bindings/iio/qcom,spmi-vadc.h header
instead of specifying the numeric IDs.
