ASoC: Updates for v4.16
Some more updates for v4.16, the big things here are the ST DFSDM driver
and the IIO patches required to support that and even more in the
neverending series of code quality improvements for x86, including
Pierre's work to improve the Kconfig. The unused SN95031 driver and
associated board support are also removed, they haven't been buildable
for a considerable time without anyone noticing.

Similar to what was done for the hash API, update the AEAD API to track
whether each transform has been keyed, and reject encryption/decryption
if a key is needed but one hasn't been set.
This isn't quite as important as the equivalent fix for the hash API
because AEADs always require a key, so are unlikely to be used without
one. Still, tracking the key will prevent accidental unkeyed use.
algif_aead also had to track the key anyway, so the new flag replaces
that and slightly simplifies the algif_aead implementation.

encryption/decryption if a key is needed but one hasn't been set.
This isn't as important as the equivalent fix for the hash API because
symmetric ciphers almost always require a key (the "null cipher" is the
only exception), so are unlikely to be used without one. Still,
tracking the key will prevent accidental unkeyed use. algif_skcipher
also had to track the key anyway, so the new flag replaces that and
simplifies the algif_skcipher implementation.

Currently, almost none of the keyed hash algorithms check whether a key
has been set before proceeding. Some algorithms are okay with this and
will effectively just use a key of all 0's or some other bogus default.
However, others will severely break, as demonstrated using
"hmac(sha3-512-generic)", the unkeyed use of which causes a kernel crash
via a (potentially exploitable) stack buffer overflow.
A while ago, this problem was solved for AF_ALG by pairing each hash
transform with a 'has_key' bool. However, there are still other places
in the kernel where userspace can specify an arbitrary hash algorithm by
name, and the kernel uses it as unkeyed hash without checking whether it
is really unkeyed. Examples of this include:
- KEYCTL_DH_COMPUTE, via the KDF extension
- dm-verity
- dm-crypt, via the ESSIV support
- dm-integrity, via the "internal hash" mode with no key given
- drbd (Distributed Replicated Block Device)
This bug is especially bad for KEYCTL_DH_COMPUTE as that requires no
privileges to call.
Fix the bug for all users by adding a flag CRYPTO_TFM_NEED_KEY to the
->crt_flags of each hash transform that indicates whether the transform
still needs to be keyed or not. Then, make the hash init, import, and
digest functions return -ENOKEY if the key is still needed.
The new flag also replaces the 'has_key' bool which algif_hash was
previously using, thereby simplifying the algif_hash implementation.

We need to consistently enforce that keyed hashes cannot be used without
setting the key. To do this we need a reliable way to determine whether
a given hash algorithm is keyed or not. AF_ALG currently does this by
checking for the presence of a ->setkey() method. However, this is
actually slightly broken because the CRC-32 algorithms implement
->setkey() but can also be used without a key. (The CRC-32 "key" is not
actually a cryptographic key but rather represents the initial state.
If not overridden, then a default initial state is used.)
Prepare to fix this by introducing a flag CRYPTO_ALG_OPTIONAL_KEY which
indicates that the algorithm has a ->setkey() method, but it is not
required to be called. Then set it on all the CRC-32 algorithms.
The same also applies to the Adler-32 implementation in Lustre.
Also, the cryptd and mcryptd templates have to pass through the flag
from their underlying algorithm.

Since Poly1305 requires a nonce per invocation, the Linux kernel
implementations of Poly1305 don't use the crypto API's keying mechanism
and instead expect the key and nonce as the first 32 bytes of the data.
But ->setkey() is still defined as a stub returning an error code. This
prevents Poly1305 from being used through AF_ALG and will also break it
completely once we start enforcing that all crypto API users (not just
AF_ALG) call ->setkey() if present.
Fix it by removing crypto_poly1305_setkey(), leaving ->setkey as NULL.

Templates that use an shash spawn can use crypto_shash_alg_has_setkey()
to determine whether the underlying algorithm requires a key or not.
But there was no corresponding function for ahash spawns. Add it.
Note that the new function actually has to support both shash and ahash
algorithms, since the ahash API can be used with either.

We have been holding back on adding an API for fetching GPIO handles
directly from device nodes, strongly preferring to get it from the
spawn devices instead.
The fwnode interface however already contains an API for doing this,
as it is used for opaque device tree nodes or ACPI nodes for getting
handles to LEDs and keys that use GPIO: those are specified as one
child per LED/key in the device tree and are not individual devices.
However regulators present a special problem as they already have
helper functions to traverse the device tree from a regulator node
and two levels down to fill in data, and as it already traverses
GPIO nodes in its own way, and already holds a pointer to each
regulators device tree node, it makes most sense to export an
API to fetch the GPIO descriptor directly from the node.
We only support the devm_* version for now, hopefully no non-devres
version will be needed.

After some discussion and failed patch sets trying to convey
the right timing information between the display engine and
a bridge using the connector, I try instead to use an optional
timing information container in the bridge itself, so that
display engines can retrieve it from any bridge and use it to
determine how to drive outputs.

fscrypt_put_encryption_info() is only called when evicting an inode, so
the 'struct fscrypt_info *ci' parameter is always NULL, and there cannot
be races with other threads. This was cruft left over from the broken
key revocation code. Remove the unused parameter and the cmpxchg().
Also remove the #ifdefs around the fscrypt_put_encryption_info() calls,
since fscrypt_notsupp.h defines a no-op stub for it.

Filesystems don't need fscrypt_fname_encrypted_size() anymore, so
unexport it and move it to fscrypt_private.h.
We also never calculate the encrypted size of a filename without having
the fscrypt_info present since it is needed to know the amount of
NUL-padding which is determined by the encryption policy, and also we
will always truncate the NUL-padding to the maximum filename length.
Therefore, also make fscrypt_fname_encrypted_size() assume that the
fscrypt_info is present, and make it truncate the returned length to the
specified max_len.

Previously fscrypt_fname_alloc_buffer() was used to allocate buffers for
both presented (decrypted or encoded) and encrypted filenames. That was
confusing, because it had to allocate the worst-case size for either,
e.g. including NUL-padding even when it was meaningless.
But now that fscrypt_setup_filename() no longer calls it, it is only
used in the ->get_link() and ->readdir() paths, which specifically want
a buffer for presented filenames. Therefore, switch the behavior over
to allocating the buffer for presented filenames only.

BPF alignment tests got a conflict because the registers
are output as Rn_w instead of just Rn in net-next, and
in net a fixup for a testcase prohibits logical operations
on pointers before using them.
Also, we should attempt to patch BPF call args if JIT always on is
enabled. Instead, if we fail to JIT the subprogs we should pass
an error back up and fail immediately.

Filesystems also have duplicate code to support ->get_link() on
encrypted symlinks. Factor it out into a new function
fscrypt_get_symlink(). It takes in the contents of the encrypted
symlink on-disk and provides the target (decrypted or encoded) that
should be returned from ->get_link().

Currently, filesystems supporting fscrypt need to implement some tricky
logic when creating encrypted symlinks, including handling a peculiar
on-disk format (struct fscrypt_symlink_data) and correctly calculating
the size of the encrypted symlink. Introduce helper functions to make
things a bit easier:
- fscrypt_prepare_symlink() computes and validates the size the symlink
target will require on-disk.
- fscrypt_encrypt_symlink() creates the encrypted target if needed.
The new helpers actually fix some subtle bugs. First, when checking
whether the symlink target was too long, filesystems didn't account for
the fact that the NUL padding is meant to be truncated if it would cause
the maximum length to be exceeded, as is done for filenames in
directories. Consequently users would receive ENAMETOOLONG when
creating symlinks close to what is supposed to be the maximum length.
For example, with EXT4 with a 4K block size, the maximum symlink target
length in an encrypted directory is supposed to be 4093 bytes (in
comparison to 4095 in an unencrypted directory), but in
FS_POLICY_FLAGS_PAD_32-mode only up to 4064 bytes were accepted.
Second, symlink targets of "." and ".." were not being encrypted, even
though they should be, as these names are special in *directory entries*
but not in symlink targets. Fortunately, we can fix this simply by
starting to encrypt them, as old kernels already accept them in
encrypted form.
Third, the output string length the filesystems were providing when
doing the actual encryption was incorrect, as it was forgotten to
exclude 'sizeof(struct fscrypt_symlink_data)'. Fortunately though, this
bug didn't make a difference.

fscrypt_dummy_context_enabled() accesses ->s_cop, which now is only set
when the filesystem is built with encryption support. This didn't
actually matter because no filesystems called it. However, it will
start being used soon, so fix it by moving it from fscrypt.h to
fscrypt_supp.h and stubbing it out in fscrypt_notsupp.h.

Filesystems only ever access 'struct fscrypt_ctx' through fscrypt
functions. But when a filesystem is built without encryption support,
these functions are all stubbed out, so the declaration of fscrypt_ctx
is unneeded. Therefore, move it from fscrypt.h to fscrypt_supp.h.

drm/tegra: Changes for v4.16-rc1
The bulk of these changes are preparation work and addition of support
for Tegra186. Currently only HDMI output (the primary output on Jetson
TX2) is supported, but the hardware is also capable of doing DSI and
DisplayPort.
Tegra DRM now also uses the atomic commit helpers instead of the open-
coded variant that was only doing half its job. As a bit of a byproduct
of the Tegra186 support the driver also gained HDMI 2.0 as well as zpos
property support.
Along the way there are also a few patches to clean up a few things and
fix minor issues.

mlx5_get_vector_affinity used to call pci_irq_get_affinity and after
reverting the patch that sets the device affinity via PCI_IRQ_AFFINITY
API, calling pci_irq_get_affinity becomes useless and it breaks RDMA
mlx5 users. To fix this, this patch provides an alternative way to
retrieve IRQ vector affinity using legacy IRQ API, following
smp_affinity read procfs implementation.

There are systems platform information management interfaces (such as
HOST2BMC) for which we cannot disable local loopback multicast traffic.
Separate disable_local_lb_mc and disable_local_lb_uc capability bits so
driver will not disable multicast loopback traffic if not supported.
(It is expected that Firmware will not set disable_local_lb_mc if
HOST2BMC is running for example.)
Function mlx5_nic_vport_update_local_lb will do best effort to
disable/enable UC/MC loopback traffic and return success only in case it
succeeded to changed all allowed by Firmware.
Adapt mlx5_ib and mlx5e to support the new cap bits.

<linux/libfdt.h> is a wrapper of scripts/dtc/libfdt/libfdt.h
It should not do more than its job. In fact, libfdt.h depends
on fdt.h, and scripts/dtc/libfdt/libfdt.h includes fdt.h already.

These helpers are no longer used after the removal of the legacy OSS
drivers. Let's clean up.

conntrack defrag is needed only if some module like CONNTRACK or NAT
explicitly requests it. For plain forwarding scenarios, defrag is
not needed and can be skipped if NOTRACK is set in a rule.
Since conntrack defrag is currently higher priority than raw table,
setting NOTRACK is not sufficient. We need to move raw to a higher
priority for iptables only.
This is achieved by introducing a module parameter "raw_before_defrag"
which allows to change the priority of raw table to place it before
defrag. By default, the parameter is disabled and the priority of raw
table is NF_IP_PRI_RAW to support legacy behavior. If the module
parameter is enabled, then the priority of the raw table is set to
NF_IP_PRI_RAW_BEFORE_DEFRAG.

Immediate flag has been used to disable per-task consistency and patch
all tasks immediately. It could be useful if the patch doesn't change any
function or data semantics.
However, it causes problems on its own. The consistency problem is
currently broken with respect to immediate patches.

When the patch 3 is applied, only 2i function is checked (by stack
checking facility). There might be a task sleeping in 1i though. Such
task is migrated to 3, because we do not check 1i in
klp_check_stack_func() at all.
Coming atomic replace feature would be easier to implement and more
reliable without immediate.
Thus, remove immediate feature completely and save us from the problems.
Note that force feature has the similar problem. However it is
considered as a last resort. If used, administrator should not apply any
new live patches and should plan for reboot into an updated kernel.
The architectures would now need to provide HAVE_RELIABLE_STACKTRACE to
fully support livepatch.

Since 2006 there has been no user of rdmacm based application to make use
of setting multiple path records using rdma_set_ib_paths API.
Therefore code is simplified to allow setting one path record entry.
Now that it sets only single path, it is renamed to reflect the same.
