2020-05-21	ethtool: provide UAPI for PHY Signal Quality Index (SQI)	Oleksij Rempel
	Signal Quality Index is a mandatory value required by "OPEN Alliance SIG" for the 100Base-T1 PHYs [1]. This indicator can be used for cable integrity diagnostic and investigating other noise sources and implement by at least two vendors: NXP[2] and TI[3]. 2019-12-27	ethtool: provide link state with LINKSTATE_GET request	Michal Kubecek
	Implement LINKSTATE_GET netlink request to get link state information. At the moment, only link up flag as provided by ETHTOOL_GLINK ioctl command is returned. LINKSTATE_GET request can be used with NLM_F_DUMP (without device identification) to request the information for all devices in current network namespace providing the data.
