2012-02-15Lockd: per-net up and down routines introducedStanislav Kinsbursky
This patch introduces per-net Lockd initialization and destruction routines. The logic is the same as in global Lockd up and down routines. Probably the solution is not the best one. But at least it looks clear. So per-net "up" routine are called only in case of lockd is running already. If per-net resources are not allocated yet, then service is being registered with local portmapper and lockd sockets created. Per-net "down" routine is called on every lockd_down() call in case of global users counter is not zero. 2012-02-15SUNRPC: service shutdown function in network namespace context introducedStanislav Kinsbursky
This function is enough for releasing resources, allocated for network namespace context, in case of sharing service between them. IOW, each service "user" (LockD, NFSd, etc), which wants to share service between network namespaces, have to release related resources by the function, introduced in this patch, instead of performing service shutdown (of course in case the service is shared already to the moment of release). 2012-02-15SUNRPC: service destruction in network namespace contextStanislav Kinsbursky
v2: Added comment to BUG_ON's in svc_destroy() to make code looks clearer. This patch introduces network namespace filter for service destruction function. Nothing special here - just do exactly the same operations, but only for tranports in passed networks namespace context. BTW, BUG_ON() checks for empty service transports lists were returned into svc_destroy() function. This is because of swithing generic svc_close_all() to networks namespace dependable svc_close_net(). 2012-02-15SUNRPC: clear svc transports lists helper introducedStanislav Kinsbursky
This patch moves service transports deletion from service sockets lists to separated function. This is a precursor patch, which would be usefull with service shutdown in network namespace context, introduced later in the series. 2012-02-15SUNRPC: clear svc pools lists helper introducedStanislav Kinsbursky
This patch moves removing of service transport from it's pools ready lists to separated function. Also this clear is now done with list_for_each_entry_safe() helper. 2012-02-14tcp: fix tcp_shifted_skb() adjustment of lost_cnt_hint for FACKNeal Cardwell
This commit ensures that lost_cnt_hint is correctly updated in tcp_shifted_skb() for FACK TCP senders. The lost_cnt_hint adjustment in tcp_sacktag_one() only applies to non-FACK senders, so FACK senders need their own adjustment. This applies the spirit of 1e5289e121372a3494402b1b131b41bfe1cf9b7f - except now that the sequence range passed into tcp_sacktag_one() is correct we need only have a special case adjustment for FACK. 2012-02-13vfs: fix panic in __d_lookup() with high dentry hashtable countsDimitri Sivanich
When the number of dentry cache hash table entries gets too high (2147483648 entries), as happens by default on a 16TB system, use of a signed integer in the dcache_init() initialization loop prevents the dentry_hashtable from getting initialized, causing a panic in __d_lookup(). 2012-02-13Bluetooth: Introduce to_hci_connDavid Herrmann
This avoids using the dev_set/get_drvdata() functions to retrieve a pointer to our own structure. We can use simple pointer arithmetic here. The drvdata field is actually not needed by any other code-path but this makes the code more consistent with hci_dev. 2012-02-13Bluetooth: Introduce to_hci_dev()David Herrmann
We currently use dev_set_drvdata to keep a pointer to ourself. This doesn't make sense as we are the bus and not a driver. Therefore, introduce to_hci_dev() so we can get a struct hci_dev pointer from a struct device pointer. dev_set/get_drvdata() is reserved for drivers that provide a device and not for the bus using the device. The bus can use simple pointer arithmetic to retrieve its private data. 2012-02-13Bluetooth: Add Device Unpaired mgmt eventJohan Hedberg
This patch add a new Device Unpaired mgmt event. This will be sent to all mgmt sockets except the one that requested unpairing (that socket will get a command complete instead). 2012-02-13Bluetooth: Add hci_le_scan()Andre Guedes
We are not supposed to block in start_discovery() because start_discovery code is running in write() syscall context and this would block the write operation on the mgmt socket. This way, we cannot directly call hci_do_le_scan() to scan LE devices in start_discovery(). To overcome this issue a derefered work (hdev->le_scan) was created so we can properly call hci_do_le_scan(). The helper function hci_le_scan() simply set LE scan parameters and queue hdev->le_scan work. The work is queued on system_long_wq since it can sleep for a few seconds in the worst case (timeout). 2012-02-13Bluetooth: Add hci_do_le_scan()Andre Guedes
This patch adds to hci_core the hci_do_le_scan function which should be used to scan LE devices. In order to enable LE scan, hci_do_le_scan() sends commands (Set LE Scan Parameters and Set LE Scan Enable) to the controller and waits for its results. If commands were executed successfully a delayed work is scheduled to disable the ongoing scanning after some amount of time. This function blocks. 2012-02-13Bluetooth: Fix l2cap conn failures for ssp devicesPeter Hurley
Commit 330605423c fixed l2cap conn establishment for non-ssp remote devices by not setting HCI_CONN_ENCRYPT_PEND every time conn security is tested (which was always returning failure on any subsequent security checks). However, this broke l2cap conn establishment for ssp remote devices when an ACL link was already established at SDP-level security. This fix ensures that encryption must be pending whenever authentication is also pending.
