locking/memory-barriers: Replace smp_cond_acquire() with smp_cond_load_acquire()
Amend the changes in commit: 1f03e8d2919270 ("locking/barriers: Replace smp_cond_acquire() with smp_cond_load_acquire()") ... by updating the documentation accordingly.
