KVM: x86: Use common 'enable_apicv' variable for both APICv and AVIC
Unify VMX and SVM code by moving APICv/AVIC enablement tracking to common 'enable_apicv' variable. Note: unlike APICv, AVIC is disabled by default. No functional change intended.
