Pull regulator updates from Mark Brown: "A quiet regulator API release, a few new drivers and some fixes but nothing too notable. There will also be some updates for the PWM regulator coming through the PWM tree which provide much smoother operation when taking over an already running PWM regulator after boot using some new PWM APIs.
