     AVX512 features

   - show vcpu id in its anonymous inode name

   - many fixes and cleanups

   - per-VCPU MSR bitmaps (already merged through x86/pti branch)

   - stable KVM clock when nesting on Hyper-V (merged through
     x86/hyperv)"
