Merge tag 'tegra-for-5.1-clk' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tegra/linux into arm/drivers
clk: tegra: Changes for v5.1-rc1
This contains a couple of prerequisite patches to enable CPU frequency
scaling on Tegra210.
