leds: netxbig: Convert to use GPIO descriptors
This converts the NetXbig LED driver to use GPIO descriptors instead of using the legacy interfaces in <linux/of_gpio.h> and <linux/gpio.h> to iteratively parse the device tree for global GPIO numbers.
