Pull SCSI fixes from James Bottomley: "Thirteen small fixes: The hopefully final effort to get the lpfc nvme kconfig problems sorted, there's one important sg fix (user can induce read after end of buffer) and one minor enhancement (adding an extra PCI ID to qedi).
