staging: rtl8188eu: Cleanup firmware initialization code
Using rtl8188ee's (drivers/net/wireless/rtlwifi/rtl8188ee/fw.c) neat and clean
firmware initialization code to replace rtl8188eu's messy firmware
initialization code.
