staging: vt6656: datarate/dpc/hostap/power use new structures.
Use struct vnt_private struct vnt_manager Move vnt_manager from sMgmtObj to vnt_mgmt. This patch cleans up function declarations, definitions and local variables where appropriate replacing types defined in "type.h" with linux/types.h.
