thermal/drivers/tsens: Rework legacy calibration data parsers
Rework existing calibration parsing code to use simple data structure describing data layout. This allows us to drop all the mask & shift values, replacing them with data tables. The code for msm8974 is not reworked, as it has separate calibration and backup data.
