Merge tag 'for-5.2/block-post-20190516' of git://git.kernel.dk/linux-block
Pull more block updates from Jens Axboe: "This is mainly some late lightnvm changes that came in just before the merge window, as well as fixes that have been queued up since the initial pull request was frozen.
