xfs: remove agno from btree cursor
Now that everything passes a perag, the agno is not needed anymore. Convert all the users to use pag->pag_agno instead and remove the agno from the cursor. This was largely done as an automated search and replace. Signed-off-by: Dave Chinner <dchinner@redhat.com> Reviewed-by: Brian Foster <bfoster@redhat.com> Reviewed-by: Darrick J.
