tracing: Move all function tracing configs together
The features that depend on the function tracer were spread out through the tracing menu, pull them together as it is easier to manage. Signed-off-by: Steven Rostedt (VMware) <rostedt@goodmis.org>

+ This option will modify all the calls to function tracing
