Pull sound fixes from Takashi Iwai:
 "Here is a collection of sound fixes targeted for 5.11-rc5. Most
  notably, USB-audio still got a few intensive changes for covering the
  regressions while the rest are all small fixes.

   - HD-audio runtime PM regression fix, a few quirks and new IDs
