Pull devicetree updates from Rob Herring:

 - Add a kselftest to check for unprobed DT devices

 - Fix address translation for some 3 address cells cases

 - Refactor firmware node refcounting for AMBA bus

   Freescale QMC HDLC

 - Drop reserved-memory bindings which now live in dtschema project

 - Remove backlight nodes from display panel examples

 - Expand example for using DT_SCHEMA_FILES
