After commit f5ff79fddf0e ("dma-mapping: remove CONFIG_DMA_REMAP") there's
a chance of DMA buffer getting allocated via vmalloc(), which messes up
the mmapping code:

Use bitmap_zalloc()/bitmap_free() instead of hand-writing them.
It is less verbose and it improves the semantic.

The ANDROID config symbol is only used to guard the binder config
symbol and to inject completely random config changes. Remove it
as it is obviously a bad idea.

Systems that initiate frequent suspend/resume from userspace
can make the kernel aware by enabling PM_USERSPACE_AUTOSLEEP
config.
This allows for certain sleep-sensitive code (wireguard/rng) to
decide on what preparatory work should be performed (or not) in
their pm_notification callbacks.
This patch was prompted by the discussion at [1] which attempts
to remove CONFIG_ANDROID that currently guards these code paths.

The uacce driver must deal with a possible removal of the parent device
or parent driver module rmmod at any time.
Although uacce_remove(), called on device removal and on driver unbind,
prevents future use of the uacce fops by removing the cdev, fops that
were called before that point may still be running.
Serialize uacce_fops_open() and uacce_remove() with uacce->mutex.
Serialize other fops against uacce_remove() with q->mutex.
Since we need to protect uacce_fops_poll() which gets called on the fast
path, replace uacce->queues_lock with q->mutex to improve scalability.
The other fops are only used during setup.
uacce_queue_is_valid(), checked under q->mutex or uacce->mutex, denotes
whether uacce_remove() has disabled all queues. If that is the case,
don't go any further since the parent device is being removed and
uacce->ops should not be called anymore.

Add tools directory in generating tags and quiet the "No such file or
directory" warnings.
It reverts the changes introduced in commit 162343a876f1
("scripts/tags.sh: exclude tools directory from tags generation") while
maintainig the original intent of the patch to get rid of the warnings.
This allows the root level cscope files to include tools source code
besides kernel and a single place to browse the code for both.

If an error occurs after a successful idr_alloc() call, the corresponding
resource must be released with idr_remove() as already done in the .remove
function.

When the target process is busy, incoming oneway transactions are
queued in the async_todo list. If the clients continue sending extra
oneway transactions while the target process is frozen, this queue can
become too large to accommodate new transactions. That's why binder
driver introduced ONEWAY_SPAM_DETECTION to detect this situation. It's
helpful to debug the async binder buffer exhausting issue, but the
issue itself isn't solved directly.
In real cases applications are designed to send oneway transactions
repeatedly, delivering updated inforamtion to the target process.
Typical examples are Wi-Fi signal strength and some real time sensor
data. Even if the apps might only care about the lastet information,
all outdated oneway transactions are still accumulated there until the
frozen process is thawed later. For this kind of situations, there's
no existing method to skip those outdated transactions and deliver the
latest one only.
This patch introduces a new transaction flag TF_UPDATE_TXN. To use it,
use apps can set this new flag along with TF_ONE_WAY. When such an
oneway transaction is to be queued into the async_todo list of a frozen
process, binder driver will check if any previous pending transactions
can be superseded by comparing their code, flags and target node. If
such an outdated pending transaction is found, the latest transaction
will supersede that outdated one. This effectively prevents the async
binder buffer running out and saves unnecessary binder read workloads.

speakupmap.h was not actually intended to be source code, speakupmap.map
is.
This resurrects the makemapdata.c and genmap.c tools to generate
speakupmap.h automatically from the input and speakup headers, and the
speakupmap.map keyboard mapping source file.

Multichannel mounts when the server network interfaces changed, or ip
addresses changed, uncovered problems, especially in reconnect, but
the patches for this were held up until recently due to some lock
conflicts that are now addressed.
Included in this set of fixes:
- three fixes relating to multichannel reconnect, dynamically
adjusting the list of server interfaces to avoid problems during
reconnect
- a lock conflict fix related to the above
- two important fixes for negotiate on secondary channels (null
netname can unintentionally cause multichannel to be disabled to

perf already support ignore_missing_thread for -p, but not yet
applied to `perf stat -p <pid>`. This patch enables ignore_missing_thread
for `perf stat -p <pid>`.

While monitoring a multithread process with pid option, perf sometimes
may return sys_perf_event_open failure with 3(No such process) if any of
the process's threads die before we open the event. However, we want
perf continue monitoring the remaining threads and do not exit with

When 'perf inject' creates a new file, it reuses the data offset from
the input file. If there has been a change on the size of the header, as
happened in v5.12 -> v5.13, the new offsets will be wrong, resulting in
a corrupted output file.
This change adds the function perf_session__data_offset to compute the
data offset based on the current header size, and uses that instead of
the offset from the original input file.

In tools/perf/trace/beauty/arch_errno_names.sh isn't working on ALT
Linux sisyphus (development version), which could be some distro
specific glitch, so just get this done in an alternative way that works
everywhere while giving notice to the people working on that distro to
try and figure our what really took place.

Build ID events associate a file name with a build ID. However, when
using perf inject, there is no guarantee that the file on the current
machine at the current time has that build ID. Fix by comparing the
build IDs and skip adding to the cache if they are different.
Example:

Fix a boot crash on a c8000 machine as reported by Dave. Basically it changes
patch_map() to return an alias mapping to the to-be-patched code in order to
prevent writing to write-protected memory.

Anonymous pages are allocated with the shared mappings colouring,
SHM_COLOUR. Since the alias boundary on machines with PA8800 and
PA8900 processors is unknown, flush_user_cache_page() might not
flush all mappings of a shared anonymous page. Flushing the whole
data cache flushes all mappings.
This won't fix all coherency issues with shared mappings but it
seems to work well in practice. I haven't seen any random memory
faults in almost a month on a rp3440 running as a debian buildd
machine.
There is a small preformance hit.
