Cleanup bindings dropping unneeded quotes. Once all these are fixed,
checking for this can be enabled in yamllint.

The "power-domains" property is present on all supported platforms.
The "resets" property is present on all but R-Car H1.

Convert the Renesas R-Car Serial-ATA Device Tree binding documentation
to json-schema.
While at it:
- Remove the deprecated "renesas,rcar-sata" compatible value,
- Add "iommus", "power-domains", and "resets" properties,
- Update the example.
