Apple SoCs run firmware that sets up a simplefb-compatible framebuffer
for us. Add a compatible for it, and two missing supported formats.

Now that dt-extract-example gained support for using root nodes
in examples, update the example for the simple-frambuffer binding to use it.
This gives us a better example and kill a long standing warning:
simple-framebuffer.example.dts:23.16-39.11:
Warning (chosen_node_is_root): /example-0/chosen: chosen node must be at root node
Note: To get the update dt-extract-example execute:
pip3 install git+https://github.com/devicetree-org/dt-schema.git@master --upgrade

Fix all the warnings in the DT binding schema examples when built with
'W=1'. This is in preparation to make that the default for examples.

Both the allwinner and amlogic compatibles require that either the
allwinner,pipeline or the amlogic,pipeline property is set. This was
dropped during the conversion since we didn't have conditionals back then,
but we can express this properly now.

The simple-framebuffer binding has a compatible that isn't one of the valid
options. Since an Allwinner pipeline is being described, let's add the
matching compatible.

The simple framebuffer is a binding that allows the bootloader to setup a
framebuffer, describe it in the Device Tree for the OS to pick it up and
use it as is.
Replace the current binding by a schema to allow the validation tools to
check those nodes.
