Convert the i2c-jz4780.txt file to ingenic,i2c.yaml.
Two things were changed in the process:
- the clock-frequency property can now only be set to the two values
that can be set by the hardware;
- the dmas and dma-names properties are now required.

'interrupt-parent' is often documented as part of define bindings, but
it is really outside the scope of a device binding. It's never required
in a given node as it is often inherited from a parent node. Or it can
be implicit if a parent node is an 'interrupt-controller' node. So
remove it from all the binding files.

Improve the binding example by removing all the leading 0x to fix the
following dtc warnings:
Warning (unit_address_format): Node /XXX unit name should not have leading "0x"
Converted using the following command:
find Documentation/devicetree/bindings -name "*.txt" -exec sed -i -e 's/([^ ])\@0x([0-9a-f])/$1\@$2/g' {} +
