Tidy up a bit the tree, by prefixing all include/dt-bindings/clock/ files
related to Ingenic SoCs with 'ingenic,'.

Clean-up incorrect indentation, extra spaces, and missing EOF newline in
schema files. Most of the clean-ups are for list indentation which
should always be 2 spaces more than the preceding keyword.
Found with yamllint (now integrated into the checks).

The I2C controller in the JZ4770 SoC seems to work the exact same as in
the JZ4780 SoC.
We could use "ingenic,jz4780-i2c" as a fallback string in the Device
Tree, but that would be awkward, since the JZ4780 is newer. Instead,
add a "ingenic,jz4770-i2c" string and use it as fallback for the
"ingenic,jz4780-i2c" string.

Convert the i2c-jz4780.txt file to ingenic,i2c.yaml.
Two things were changed in the process:
- the clock-frequency property can now only be set to the two values
that can be set by the hardware;
- the dmas and dma-names properties are now required.
