2022-10-24dt-binding: input: egalax-ts: fix GPIO and IRQ in exampleDmitry Torokhov
The driver is using level triggered interrupt (low) which is backed by an active low GPIO that can be used to wake the controller by driving it low. Let's annotate it properly in the example. 2018-07-25dt-bindings: remove 'interrupt-parent' from bindingsRob Herring
'interrupt-parent' is often documented as part of define bindings, but it is really outside the scope of a device binding. It's never required in a given node as it is often inherited from a parent node. Or it can be implicit if a parent node is an 'interrupt-controller' node. So remove it from all the binding files. 2017-11-09dt-bindings: Remove leading zeros from bindings notationMarco Franchi
Improve the binding example by removing all the leading zeros to fix the following dtc warnings: Warning (unit_address_format): Node /XXX unit name should not have leading 0s Converted using the following command: perl -p -i -e 's/\@0+([0-9a-f])/\@$1/g' `find ./Documentation/devicetree/bindings "*.txt"` Some unnecessary changes were manually fixed. 2012-10-25Input: egalax_ts - get gpio from devicetreeHui Wang
The irq_to_gpio() is old, most platforms use GENERIC_GPIO framework and don't support this API anymore. The i.MX6q sabrelite platform equips an egalax touchscreen controller, and this platform already transfered to GENERIC_GPIO framework, to support this driver, we use a more generic way to get gpio. Add a return value checking for waking up the controller in the probe function, this guarantee only a workable device can pass init. [dmitry.torokhov@gmail.com: Make driver depend on CONFIG_OF as it is now required.] Acked-by Zhang Jiejing <jiejing.zhang@freescale.com> Reviewed-by: Shawn Guo <shawn.guo@linaro.org> Signed-off-by: Hui Wang <jason77.wang@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Dmitry Torokhov <dmitry.torokhov@gmail.com>
