Dove pinctrl binding now requires three different reg properties. This
updates corresponding binding and example accordingly. While at it, also
document reg property as required for the other MVEBU SoC pinctrl nodes.

Dove power management unit can mux some special functions to mpp0-15.
This patch adds support to set/get the current PMU function mapped
to the corresponding mpp pins. The device tree documentation is also
updated accordingly.

This patch adds a SoC specific pinctrl driver for Marvell Dove SoCs
plus DT binding documentation. This driver will use the mvebu pinctrl
driver core.
