There's no user of it in kernel now and it basically functions the same
as the generic syscon-poweroff.c to which we have already switched.
So let's remove it.

Improve the binding example by removing all the leading zeros to fix the
following dtc warnings:
Warning (unit_address_format): Node /XXX unit name should not have leading 0s
Converted using the following command:
perl -p -i -e 's/\@0+([0-9a-f])/\@$1/g' `find ./Documentation/devicetree/bindings "*.txt"`
Some unnecessary changes were manually fixed.

Currently the power supply device tree documentation is spread
in .../bindings/power_supply and .../bindings/power. This
unifies the files for chargers and battery fuel gauges in
.../bindings/power/supply and the ones for system reset/shutdown
in .../bindings/power/reset (same structure as used for the
drivers itself).
