Let's update the TI timer binding to use yaml. As this binding is specific
to the TI dual-mode timers also known as dm-timers, let's use file name
ti,timer-dm.yaml to avoid confusion with other timers.
We add checks for the deprecated ti,hwmods property as done for other TI
device driver bindings earlier.
We also correct the issue with the old binding that was out of date for
several properties.
The am43 related timers are undocumented, but compatible with the am3
timers. Let's add the am43 timers too.
The dm814 and dm816 timers are missing, let's add them.
Some timers on some SoCs are dual mapped, like the ABE timers on omap4
and 5. The reg property maxItems must be updated to 2.
The timer clocks can be managed by the parent interconnect target module
with no clocks assigned for the timer node. And in some cases, the SoC may
need to configure additional system clock for the timer in addition to the
functional clock.
The clock names are optional and not specific to the comptible property.
For example, dra7 timers on l3 interconnect do not need clock-names, while
the timers on dra7 l4 interconnect need them with both being compatible
with ti,omap5430-timer.

Currently any node whose name starts with the "pwm-" prefix will match
this schema and in turn required the "#pwm-cells" property. Avoid this
by marking the schema with select: false, therefore only activating the
schema when directly included from a PWM controller schema file.

Pull pwm updates from Thierry Reding:
"This contains mostly various fixes, cleanups and some conversions to
the atomic API. One noteworthy change is that PWM consumers can now
pass a hint to the PWM core about the PWM usage, enabling PWM
providers to implement various optimizations.
There's also a fair bit of simplification here with the addition of
some device-managed helpers as well as unification between the DT and
ACPI firmware interfaces"

Add compatible string for AM64 SoC in device tree binding.
IP is compatible with ti,am3352-ecap, so adding the AM64 compatible
under enum of one of the compatible list entry.

Convert the tiecap binding to DT schema format using json-schema.
Along with this conversion the following changes are included:
- 'clock' and 'clock-names' properties are marked required as
driver fails to probe without these properties
- Dropped ti,am33xx-ecap as it is no longer applicable.
- 'power-domains' property is introduced and marked as optional.

If a property has an 'items' list, then a 'minItems' or 'maxItems' with the
same size as the list is redundant and can be dropped. Note that is DT
schema specific behavior and not standard json-schema behavior. The tooling
will fixup the final schema adding any unspecified minItems/maxItems.
This condition is partially checked with the meta-schema already, but
only if both 'minItems' and 'maxItems' are equal to the 'items' length.
An improved meta-schema is pending.

'nvidia,tegra20-pwm' is not yet documented in the YAML schema. Use
'allwinner,sun7i-a20-pwm' instead to get rid of the following warning
with 'make DT_CHECKER_FLAGS=-m dt_binding_check':
pwm/pwm.example.dt.yaml:0:0: /example-0/pwm@7000a000: failed to match
any schema with compatible: ['nvidia,tegra20-pwm']

Add compatible string for AM64 SoC in device tree binding.
EPWM IP in AM64 does not support High resolution, so named epwm instead
of ehrpwm in compatible. However IP is till compatible with features
supported by driver with ti,am3352-ehrpwm compatible.
