The DT schema coding convention expressed in
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/example-schema.yaml expects entries in
following order:
- properties, patternProperties
- required
- if blocks, allOf with if-blocks
- additionalProperties/unevaluatedProperties
Re-order few schemas to match the convention to avoid repeating review
comments for new patches using existing code as template. No functional
changes.

Cleanup bindings dropping unneeded quotes. Once all these are fixed,
checking for this can be enabled in yamllint.

The RZ/V2M SoC has an additional clock to access the registers. The HW
manual says this clock should not be touched as it is used by the
"ISP Firmware".

The /schemas/serial.yaml from dt-schema only has the property $nodename,
whereas the kernel-defined /schemas/serial/serial.yaml contains more
useful properties, support for more complex application scenarios.
For example:
1) The property "current-speed" in fsl-lx2160a.dtsi
2) The subnode "bluetooth" in hi3660-hikey960.dts
