Remove this in most .yaml files, so hopefully preventing developers copying it into new .yaml files, and being asked to remove it. Make all interrupt related properties as optional instead of required. Some boards do not required PMIC IRQ support and it isn't needed to handle SPMI bus transactions, so specify it as optional. 'reg' is defined to be N address entries of M cells each. For SPMI, N is 1 and M is 1 or 2. The schema fails to define the number of entries as it only specifies the inner cell(s).
