2021-06-17	docs: usb: replace some characters	Mauro Carvalho Chehab
	The conversion tools used during DocBook/LaTeX/html/Markdown->ReST conversion and some cut-and-pasted text contain some characters that aren't easily reachable on standard keyboards and/or could cause troubles when parsed by the documentation build system. 2019-06-20	docs: usb: rename files to .rst and add them to drivers-api	Mauro Carvalho Chehab
	While there are a mix of things here, most of the stuff were written from Kernel developer's PoV. So, add them to the driver-api book. A follow up for this patch would be to move documents from there that are specific to sysadmins, adding them to the admin-guide.
