imx6ul-14x14-evk does not have a GPIO dedicated for reading the card
detect pin on the eSDHC2 micro-SD port.
Pass the "broken-cd" property to describe the absence of the card detect
GPIO so that polling must be used.
According to Documentation/devicetree/bindings/mmc/mmc-controller.yaml:
broken-cd:
$ref: /schemas/types.yaml#/definitions/flag
description:
There is no card detection available; polling must be used.
Even though no error is oberved in the kernel, the lack of the
'broken-cd' property caused the micro-SD to not be detected in U-Boot,
so let's improve the device tree description to make it more accurate.

Many peripherals are affected by gpio5/2, not just sensors. One of those
is ethernet phy so network boot is current broken.
Fix by renaming reg_sensors and marking it as "always on". Also add a
comment asking for careful testing if this is to be made dynamic in the
future.
The "peri_3v3" naming is similar to imx6sx-sdb and regulator-name is
same string as in schematics (VPERI_3V3).

Without this "jedec,spi-nor" compatible property, probing of the SPI NOR
does not work on the NXP i.MX6ULL EVK. Fix this by adding this
compatible property to the DT.

Boards based on imx6ul have duplicate memory nodes:
- One coming from the board dts file: memory@
- One coming from the imx6ul.dtsi file.
Fix the duplication by removing the memory node from the dtsi file
and by adding 'device_type = "memory";' in the board dts.

imx6ull-14x14-evk.dts currently includes the imx6ul.dtsi file for an
i.MX6ULL SoC which is plain wrong.
Rename the current imx6ul-14x14-evk.dts to .dtsi and include it from
imx6ul-14x14-evk.dts and imx6ull-14x14-evk.dts, so that both can
include the appropriate SoC specific (imx6ul.dtsi/imx6ull.dtsi) file.
