The arm dts directory has grown to 1559 boards which makes it a bit
unwieldy to maintain and use. Past attempts stalled out due to plans to
move .dts files out of the kernel tree. Doing that is no longer planned
(any time soon at least), so let's go ahead and group .dts files by
vendors. This move aligns arm with arm64 .dts file structure.
There's no change to dtbs_install as the flat structure is maintained on
install.
The naming of vendor directories is roughly in this order of preference:
- Matching original and current SoC vendor prefix/name (e.g. ti, qcom)
- Current vendor prefix/name if still actively sold (SoCs which have
been aquired) (e.g. nxp/imx)
- Existing platform name for older platforms not sold/maintained by any
company (e.g. gemini, nspire)
The whole move was scripted with the exception of MAINTAINERS and a few
makefile fixups.

The binding of R_INTC was updated to allow specifying interrupts other
than the external NMI, since routing those interrupts through the R_INTC
driver allows using them for wakeup.
Update the device trees to use the new binding.

The R_INTC block controls more than just the NMI, and it is a different
hardware block than the NMI INTC found in some other Allwinner SoCs, so
the label "nmi_intc" is inaccurate. Name it "r_intc" to match the
compatible and to match the few references in the vendor documentation.

According to the LED bindings, the LED node names are supposed to be led
plus an optional suffix. Let's fix our users to use that new scheme.

The sun8i-codec driver introduced a new set of DAPM widgets that more
accurately describe the hardware topology. Update the various device
trees to use the new widget names.

The I2C's and MMC0 controllers have only one muxing option in the SoC. In
such a case, we can just move the muxing into the DTSI, and remove it from
the DTS.

All our pinctrl nodes were using a node name convention with a unit-address
to differentiate the different muxing options. However, since those nodes
didn't have a reg property, they were generating warnings in DTC.
In order to accomodate for this, convert the old nodes to the syntax we've
been using for the new SoCs, including removing the letter suffix of the
node labels to the bank of those pins to make things more readable.

The A33-OLinuXino routes the SoC's headphone output to a headphone jack,
and the microphone input to a microphone jack. Power to the microphone
is provided by MBIAS.
This patch enables the various parts of the codec, and adds widgets and
routes for simple-card.
HBIAS is connected to the microphone jack as well, but in a manner that
is confusing and likely does not provide power. This part is left out
of this patch.

The A33-OLinuXino has a DC jack wired to the onboard PMIC's ACIN pins.
There is also a battery connector, wired to the PMIC's battery charger.
Enable the power supplies for both these components.

Normal GPIO usage does not need an additional pinmix setting. Exclusive
usage of the pin will be guaranteed by the driver.
Drop the extra pinmux settings.

Using the cd-inverted property is not useful when GPIOs are used as card
detects since the polarity can be specified with the usual
GPIO_ACTIVE_(HIGH|LOW) GPIO flags. It has also caused confusion for
U-Boot developers, so migrate all sunxi boards away from cd-inverted.

Previously, the Olimex A33-OlinuXino used everything declared in AXP221
DTSI while it has an AXP223 PMIC.
This corrects that so the Olimex A33-OlinuXino can get some features the
AXP223 has (at the moment, ability to have 100mA as maximal current on
VBUS power supply).

The allwinner,pull property set to NO_PULL was really considered our
default (and wasn't even changing the default value in the code).
Remove these properties to make it obvious that we do not set anything in
such a case.

A33-OLinuXino is A33 development board designed by Olimex LTD.
It has AXP223 PMU, 1GB DRAM, a micro SD card, one USB-OTG connector,
headphone and mic jacks, connector for LiPo battery and optional
4GB NAND Flash.
It has two 40-pin headers. One for LCD panel, and one for
additional modules. Also there is CSI/DSI connector.
