The debug-ll infrastructure can be configured in two ways, either
by selecting a platform specific debug option, or by picking one
of the generic options (8250 or pl01x typically). For compatibility
with multiplatform kernels, we have changed a couple of platforms
to use the former method now when they used to use the latter.
Unfortunately, this broke the defconfigs because now they still
enable CONFIG_DEBUG_LL_UART_PL01X or CONFIG_DEBUG_LL_UART_8250,
and we no longer configure the correct register addresses
automatically.
Embarrassingly, this was only found in linux-next when the
defconfig builds turned up errors for multiple people, and I
had not caught those in my own tests, which were done using
the randconfig fixes patchset on top, and that has a workaround
to avoid a build error when the addresses are not configured.
The error was something like:
.config:2010:warning: symbol value '' invalid for DEBUG_UART_PHYS
.config:2011:warning: symbol value '' invalid for DEBUG_UART_VIRT
This patch avoids the problem by removing the respective
statements from the defconfig files. Any out of tree defconfig
files on the platforms I have changed will have to do the same
change or run into the build error above. Any users that have
a full .config already set the correct DEBUG_UART_PHYS/VIRT
addresses and do not need to change anything.

The EP93xx SoC has a framebuffer driver, let's add this to the
defconfig so we can have graphics working out of the box.

The EP93xx has two designated LEDs (not always connected): a
green and a red one. These are registered in the core, so let's
enable the driver and some triggers.

The SIM.ONE has a MMC card connected to the SPI host. This card
usually hosts an EXT4 root file system. Enable these options in
the defconfig so the default ompiled kernel will work
out-of-the-box.

With PATCH_PHYS_TO_VIRT we can support all EP93xx variants
in a single image, so enable all board variants in the defconfig
for simplicity and build coverage.

This defconfig already enables DEBUG_LL and by default DEBUG_LL_UART_NONE
will be selected (but due to some back compability magic I'd like to
remove is not actually honoured). DEBUG_LL_UART_PL01X is a much saner
default.

Convert ep93xx to use the OHCI platform driver and remove the
ohci-ep93xx bus glue driver.
Enable CONFIG_OHCI_HCD_PLATFORM in the ep93xx_defconfig so that USB
is still enabled by default on the EP93xx platform.

make savedefconfig
mv defconfig arch/arm/configs/ep93xx_defconfig
No function change. This just refreshes the ep93xx_defconfig to make it
easier and cleaner when adding new entries.

The meaning of CONFIG_EMBEDDED has long since been obsoleted; the option
is used to configure any non-standard kernel with a much larger scope than
only small devices.
This patch renames the option to CONFIG_EXPERT in init/Kconfig and fixes
references to the option throughout the kernel. A new CONFIG_EMBEDDED
option is added that automatically selects CONFIG_EXPERT when enabled and
can be used in the future to isolate options that should only be
considered for embedded systems (RISC architectures, SLOB, etc).
Calling the option "EXPERT" more accurately represents its intention: only
expert users who understand the impact of the configuration changes they
are making should enable it.

26-bit ARM support was removed a long time ago, and this symbol has
been defined to be 'y' ever since. As it's never disabled anymore,
we can kill it without any side effects.

Updated defconfig for ep93xx. By default, support for all boards which
boot from 0x00000000 (SDCE3/SyncBoot) is included. Also updated the
defconfig to use EABI for building the kernel.

Now that all EEPROM drivers live in the same place, let's harmonize
their symbol names.
Also fix eeprom's dependencies, it definitely needs sysfs, and is no
longer experimental after many years in the kernel tree.

dyntick is superseded by the clocksource/clockevent infrastructure,
using the NO_HZ configuration option. No one implements dyntick on
ARM anymore, so it's pointless keeping it around. Remove dyntick
support.
