Pull ARM SoC updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"The code changes are mostly for 32-bit platforms and include:
- Lots of updates for the Nvidia Tegra platform, including cpuidle,
pmc, and dt-binding changes
- Microchip at91 power management updates for the recently added
sam9x60 SoC
- Treewide setup_irq deprecation by afzal mohammed
- STMicroelectronics stm32 gains earlycon support

The two erratas 754322 and 775420 are Cortex-A9 specific. The i.MX 6UL
SoCs include a Cortex-A7 CPU and hence do not need this erratas enabeld.
This patch moves the errata selection from the family Kconfig symbol to
the SoC specifc Kconfig symbols where a Cortex-A9 is used.

This function is not only needed by the platform suspend code, but is also
reused as the CPU resume function when the ARM cores can be powered down
completely in deep idle, which is the case on i.MX6SX and i.MX6UL(L).
Providing the static inline stub whenever CONFIG_SUSPEND is disabled means
that those platforms will hang on resume from cpuidle if suspend is disabled.
So there are two problems:
- The static inline stub masks the linker error
- The function is not available where needed
Fix both by just building the function unconditionally, when
CONFIG_SOC_IMX6 is enabled. The actual code is three instructions long,
so it's arguably ok to just leave it in for all i.MX6 kernel configurations.

ARM_ERRATA_814220 has below description:
The v7 ARM states that all cache and branch predictor maintenance
operations that do not specify an address execute, relative to
each other, in program order.
However, because of this erratum, an L2 set/way cache maintenance
operation can overtake an L1 set/way cache maintenance operation.
This ERRATA only affected the Cortex-A7 and present in r0p2, r0p3,
r0p4, r0p5.
i.MX6UL and i.MX7D have Cortex-A7 r0p5 inside, need to enable
ARM_ERRATA_814220 for proper workaround.

The imx_soc_device_init functions tries to fetch the ocotp regmap in
order to soc serial number. If regmap fetch fails then a message is
printed but regmap_read is called anyway and the system crashes.
Failing to lookup ocotp regmap shouldn't be a fatal boot error so check
that the pointer is valid.
Only side-effect of ocotp lookup failure now is that serial number will
be reported as all-zeros which is acceptable.

After the commit 8267ff89b713 ("ARM: imx: Add serial number support for i.MX6/7 SoCs")
the kernel doesn't start on i.MX6ULL/ULZ SoC.
Tested on next-20191205.
For i.MX6ULL/ULZ the variable "ocotp_compat" is set to "fsl,imx6ul-ocotp", but with commit
ffbc34bf0e9c ("nvmem: imx-ocotp: Implement i.MX6ULL/ULZ support") and commit
f243bc821ee3 ("ARM: dts: imx6ull: Fix i.MX6ULL/ULZ ocotp compatible") the value
"fsl,imx6ull-ocotp" is already defined and set in device tree...
By setting "ocotp_compat" to "fsl,imx6ull-ocotp" the kernel does boot.

Commit 99e98d3fb100 ("cpuidle: Consolidate disabled state checks")
overlooked the fact that the imx6q and tegra20 cpuidle drivers use
the "disabled" field in struct cpuidle_state for quirks which trigger
after the initialization of cpuidle, so reading the initial value of
that field is not sufficient for those drivers.
In order to allow them to implement the quirks without using the
"disabled" field in struct cpuidle_state, introduce a new helper
function and modify them to use it.

The common ARM architecture code provides a generic function to exit
coherency called v7_exit_coherency_flush(). Replace the machine
specific implementation using the generic function.
Tested on a i.MX 6Dual by hotplugging the secondary CPU under load
through sysfs several 1000 times.

i.MX6/7 SoCs have a 64-bit SoC unique ID stored in OCOTP,
it can be used as SoC serial number, add this support for
i.MX6Q/6DL/6SL/6SX/6SLL/6UL/6ULL/6ULZ/7D, see below example
on i.MX6Q:

With commit b5bbe2235361 ("usb: phy: mxs: Disable external charger
detect in mxs_phy_hw_init()") in tree all of the necessary charger
setup is done by the USB PHY driver which covers all of the affected
i.MX6 SoCs.
NOTE: imx_anatop_usb_chrg_detect_disable() was also called for i.MX7D,
but looking at its datasheet it appears to have a different USB PHY IP
block, so executing i.MX6 charger disable configuration seems
unnecessary.

Recent changes to the Atheros at803x driver cause
the approach taken here to stop working because
commit 6d4cd041f0af
("net: phy: at803x: disable delay only for RGMII mode")
and commit cd28d1d6e52e
("net: phy: at803x: Disable phy delay for RGMII mode")
fix the AR8031 driver to configure the phy's (RX/TX)
delays as per the 'phy-mode' in the device tree.
In particular, the phy tx (and rx) delays are updated
again as per the 'phy-mode' *after* the code in here
runs.
Things worked before above commits, because the AR8031
comes out of reset with RX delay enabled, and the
at803x driver didn't touch the delay configuration at
all when "rgmii" mode was selected.
It appears the code in here tries to make device
trees work that incorrectly specify "rgmii", but
that can't work any more and it is imperative since
above commits to have the phy-mode configured
correctly in the device tree.
I suspect there are a few imx7d based boards using
the ar8031 phy and phy-mode = "rgmii", but given I
don't know which ones exactly, I am not in a
position to update the respective device trees.
Hence this patch is simply removing the superfluous
code from the imx7d initialisation. An alternative
could be to add a warning instead, but that would
penalize all boards that have been updated already.

Since commit 1e434b703248 ("ARM: imx: update the cpu power up timing
setting on i.mx6sx") some characters loss is noticed on i.MX6ULL UART
as reported by Christoph Niedermaier.
The intention of such commit was to increase the SW2ISO field for i.MX6SX
only, but since cpuidle-imx6sx is also used on i.MX6UL/i.MX6ULL this caused
unintended side effects on other SoCs.
Fix this problem by keeping the original SW2ISO value for i.MX6UL/i.MX6ULL
and only increase SW2ISO in the i.MX6SX case.

In the current cpuidle implementation for i.MX6q, the CPU that sets
'WAIT_UNCLOCKED' and the CPU that returns to 'WAIT_CLOCKED' are always
the same. While the CPU that sets 'WAIT_UNCLOCKED' is in IDLE state of
"WAIT", if the other CPU wakes up and enters IDLE state of "WFI"
istead of "WAIT", this CPU can not wake up at expired time.
Because, in the case of "WFI", the CPU must be waked up by the local
timer interrupt. But, while 'WAIT_UNCLOCKED' is set, the local timer
is stopped, when all CPUs execute "wfi" instruction. As a result, the
local timer interrupt is not fired.
In this situation, this CPU will wake up by IRQ different from local
timer. (e.g. broacast timer)
So, this fix changes CPU to return to 'WAIT_CLOCKED'.

The call to of_get_next_child returns a node pointer with refcount
incremented thus it must be explicitly decremented after the last
usage.
Detected by coccinelle with the following warnings:

computing that took over the product line a while ago, this gets

This pushes the handling of inversion semantics and open drain
settings to the GPIO descriptor and gpiolib. All affected board
files are also augmented.
This is especially nice since we don't have to have any
confusing flags passed around to the left and right littering
the fixed and GPIO regulator drivers and the regulator core.
It is all just very straight-forward: the core asks the GPIO
line to be asserted or deasserted and gpiolib deals with the
rest depending on how the platform is configured: if the line
is active low, it deals with that, if the line is open drain,
it deals with that too.

For drivers that do not support context exclusion let's advertise the
PERF_PMU_CAP_NO_EXCLUDE capability. This ensures that perf will
prevent us from handling events where any exclusion flags are set.
Let's also remove the now unnecessary check for exclusion flags.

In WAIT mode, system clock and bus clock will be enabled;
In STOP mode, system clock and bus clock will be disabled.
