ks8695 is an older SoC originally made by Kendin, which was later acquired
by Micrel, and subsequently by Microchip.
The platform port was originally contributed by Andrew Victor and Ben
Dooks, and later maintained by Greg Ungerer.
When I recently submitted cleanups, but Greg noted that the platform no
longer boots and nobody is using it any more, we decided to remove it.

Clang complains about the __initdata section attribute being in the
wrong place in two files of ks8695:
arch/arm/mach-ks8695/cpu.c:37:31: error: '__section__' attribute only applies to functions and global variables
arch/arm/mach-ks8695/board-og.c:83:31: error: '__section__' attribute only applies to functions and global variables
This moves the attribute to the correct place.

Some header files are never included outside of a mach-ks8695
directory and do not need to be made visible in include/mach,
so let's just move them all down one level.

Remove includes of asm/hardware.h in addition to asm/arch/hardware.h.
Then, since asm/hardware.h only exists to include asm/arch/hardware.h,
update everything to directly include asm/arch/hardware.h and remove
asm/hardware.h.

Add core support for the Kendin/Micrel KS8695 processor family.
It is an ARM922-T based SoC with integrated USART, 4-port Ethernet
Switch, WAN Ethernet port, and optional PCI Host bridge, etc.

This patch is based on earlier patches from Lennert Buytenhek, Ben
