When the RTC driver initialises, it automatically enables RTC wakeup,
so explicitly initialising PWER for RTC wakeup is redundant. In any
case, the conversion of the SA1100 GPIOs to gpiolib has made this
setting ineffectual.

Remove the explicit PWER initialisation: gpio-keys already enables
wake-up for its keys, and so this setting is redundant. In any case,
the conversion of the SA1100 GPIOs to gpiolib has made this setting

The hackkit SA1100 PM function is empty, and with that removed, the

The iPAQ H3xxx platforms used to wake up on DCD or DSR transitions.
However, at some point this got broken and fails to work today. Fix
this by using the newly added modem control gpio layer's wakeup
controls.

Switch SA1100 to the more accurate MPLL calculation. Table 8-1 in the
SA1110 developers manual gives two sets of frequencies for two different
crystals - 3.6864MHz and 3.5795MHz. Calculating the multiplication
factor for each entry in the table shows that the clock rates given are
are equal to the crystal frequency multiplied by 4(4 + PPCR), rounded to
100kHz. This equation holds for the higher frequencies up to 280.2MHz
which have been omitted from the later manuals.

Move the Assabet BCR register address definition out of the header file
and into the board code, converting it to a iomem pointer rather than a
volatile accessor. Also update the early IO maps to use the appropriate
definition.

Use the device managed devm_kzalloc() to allocate the neponset device
private memory rather than manually allocating and freeing the data.
This simplifies the cleanup handling a little.

Convert Neponset to use an irq domain rather than statically allocated
interrupt numbers, and switch to using the IRQ domain to lookup the
Linux interrupt number when decoding an interrupt. Since interrupts
remain disabled across an interrupt handler, we can simplify the
handler code somewhat.

Add the clock structure for the external SMC91x ethernet oscillator.
This oscillator has an enable signal which allows the oscillator to be
placed in low power mode when not required.

The driver core ignores the return value of struct bus_type::remove
because there is only little that can be done. To simplify the quest to
make this function return void, let struct locomo_driver::remove return
void, too. All users already unconditionally return 0, this commit makes
it obvious that returning an error code is a bad idea and ensures future
users behave accordingly.

Using uninitialized_var() is dangerous as it papers over real bugs[1]
(or can in the future), and suppresses unrelated compiler warnings
(e.g. "unused variable"). If the compiler thinks it is uninitialized,
either simply initialize the variable or make compiler changes.
In preparation for removing[2] the[3] macro[4], remove all remaining
needless uses with the following script:

alpha, and m68k.

accessing kernel PMD and PTE for a given virtual address. Make these

Patch series "mm: consolidate definitions of page table accessors", v2.
The low level page table accessors (pXY_index(), pXY_offset()) are
duplicated across all architectures and sometimes more than once. For
instance, we have 31 definition of pgd_offset() for 25 supported
architectures.
Most of these definitions are actually identical and typically it boils
down to, e.g.

These definitions can be shared among 90% of the arches provided
XYZ_SHIFT, PTRS_PER_XYZ and xyz_page_vaddr() are defined.
For architectures that really need a custom version there is always
possibility to override the generic version with the usual ifdefs magic.
These patches introduce include/linux/pgtable.h that replaces
include/asm-generic/pgtable.h and add the definitions of the page table
accessors to the new header.
This patch (of 12):
The linux/mm.h header includes <asm/pgtable.h> to allow inlining of the
functions involving page table manipulations, e.g. pte_alloc() and
pmd_alloc(). So, there is no point to explicitly include <asm/pgtable.h>
in the files that include <linux/mm.h>.
The include statements in such cases are remove with a simple loop:

This converts the SA11x0 frame buffer driver to use

Pull ARM SoC platform updates from Olof Johansson:
"SoC platform changes. Main theme this merge window:
- The Netx platform (Netx 100/500) platform is removed by Linus
Walleij-- the SoC doesn't have active maintainers with hardware,
and in discussions with the vendor the agreement was that it's OK
to remove.
- Russell King has a series of patches that cleans up and refactors
SA1101 and RiscPC support"
