On Odroid c4 previously use gpio-hog to reset the usb hub,
switch to used on-board usb hub reset to enable the usb hub
and enable power to hub.
USB hub is combination of USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 root hub so
use peer-hub node to link then.

Drop the hub_5v regulator which controls the HUB Reset line with GPIOH_4 which
is already controlled by a GPIO HOG.
Until we can properly describe how to control USB HUBs reset lines, keeping
the GPIO HOG is an acceptable solution we use on multiple boards.

This patch shortens all audio card model names by dropping the SoC prefix
(for conformity) and rewording those that are still longer than alsa's 15
character name limit [0] to avoid userspace config issues.

For the proper reboot Odroid-C4 board requires to switch TFLASH_VDD_EN
pin to the high impedance mode, otherwise the board is stuck in the
middle of loading early stages of the bootloader from SD card.
This can be achieved by using the OPEN_DRAIN flag instead of the
ACTIVE_HIGH, what will leave the pin in input mode to achieve high state
(pin has the pull-up) and solve the issue.

Add the board support for the Hardkernel Odroid-C4 single board computer.
The Odroid-C4 is the Odroid-C2 successor with same form factor, but using
a modern Amlogic S905X3 (SM1) SoC and 4x USB3 ports.
