Based on commit d59c90a2400f("spi: spi-fsl-dspi: Convert
TCFQ users to XSPI FIFO mode ") and 6c1c26ecd9a3("spi:
spi-fsl-dspi: Accelerate transfers using larger word size if possible"),
on ls1043a-rdb platform, the spi work mode is changed from TCFQ
mode to XSPI mode. In order to keep the transmission sequence matches
with flash device, it is need to add delay between CS and CLK signal.
The strategy of generating delay value refers to QorIQ LS1043A
Reference Manual.

ls1043a-rdb and ls1043a-qds board’s default HW config (such as
pin mux selection) would not enable some USB controllers’
data path, which causing over-current detected on those
controllers. This will hit the case of ‘xhci driver prevent bus suspend
if a root hub port detected over-current condition’, causing system
failed to be suspended. So disable them in device tree to resolve this
issue.

The correct setting for the RGMII ports on LS1043ARDB is to
enable delay on both Rx and Tx so the interface mode used must
be PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_RGMII_ID.
Since commit 1b3047b5208a80 ("net: phy: realtek: add support for
configuring the RX delay on RTL8211F") the Realtek 8211F PHY driver
has control over the RGMII RX delay and it is disabling it for
RGMII_TXID. The LS1043ARDB uses two such PHYs in RGMII_ID mode but
in the device tree the mode was described as "rgmii_txid".
This issue was not apparent at the time as the PHY driver took the
same action for RGMII_TXID and RGMII_ID back then but it became
visible (RX no longer working) after the above patch.
Changing the phy-connection-type to "rgmii-id" to address the issue.

crypto node alias is needed by U-boot to identify the node and
perform fix-ups, like adding "fsl,sec-era" property or deleting
a job ring child node (in case ARM TF-A is running).

NOR and IFC controller connectivity is big-endian.
So add big-endian field in nor device tree node allowing
IFC controller to read/write data from/to the flash correctly.

Replace license text with corresponding SPDX identifiers and update the
format of existing SPDX identifiers to follow the new guideline
Documentation/process/license-rules.rst.
Note that some of the files mentioned X11 license previously but the
license text actually matches MIT license.

The at24 driver allows to register I2C EEPROM chips using different vendor
and devices, but the I2C subsystem does not take the vendor into account
when matching using the I2C table since it only has device entries.
But when matching using an OF table, both the vendor and device has to be
taken into account so the driver defines only a set of compatible strings
using the "atmel" vendor as a generic fallback for compatible I2C devices.
So add this generic fallback to the device node compatible string to make
the device to match the driver using the OF device ID table.

LS1043A has a SEC v5.4 security engine.
For now don't add rtic or sec_mon subnodes, since these features
haven't been tested yet.
