2022-11-11arm64: dts: imx8mm: imx8mn: imx8mp: imx8mq: Replace opp-xM with opp-x000000Marek Vasut
Fix the following dtbs_check warning on all of i.MX8M variants: " opp-table: Unevaluated properties are not allowed ('opp-25M', 'opp-100M', 'opp-750M' were unexpected) " Using the following command: " $ sed -i '/opp-[0-9]\+M/ s@M {@000000 {@' arch/arm64/boot/dts/freescale/imx8m* " The Documentation/devicetree/bindings/opp/opp-v2-base.yaml expects the OPP subnode names to be full frequency listings in Hz without unit suffixes. Only the i.MX8M DTs are affected per "git grep 'opp-[0-9]\+M'", so fix them. Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marex@denx.de> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawnguo@kernel.org>
2021-10-04arm64: dts: imx8: change the spi-nor txHaibo Chen
Before commit 0e30f47232ab5 ("mtd: spi-nor: add support for DTR protocol"), for all PP command, it only support 1-1-1 mode, no matter the tx setting in dts. But after the upper commit, the logic change. It will choose the best mode(fastest mode) which flash device and spi-nor host controller both support. qspi and fspi host controller do not support read 1-4-4 mode. so need to set the tx to 1, let the common code finally select read 1-1-4 mode. 2020-09-05arm64: dts: imx8mm-evk: Align pin configuration group names with schemaKrzysztof Kozlowski
Device tree schema expects pin configuration groups to end with 'grp' suffix, otherwise dtbs_check complain with a warning like: ... do not match any of the regexes: 'grp$', 'pinctrl-[0-9]+' Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzk@kernel.org> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawnguo@kernel.org>
2020-09-05arm64: dts: imx8mm: Split the imx8mm evk board dts to a common dtsiJacky Bai
There are two type of i.MX8MM EVK board, one is populated with LPDDR4(default dts), and one is populated with DDR4. these two boards share most of the board design, but still have some difference. imx8mm-evk has emmc support, imx8mm-ddr4-evk has gpmi nand support. And also, the BT/WIFI module is different. So move the common dts part into imx8mm-evk.dtsi for reuse. Signed-off-by: Jacky Bai <ping.bai@nxp.com> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawnguo@kernel.org>
2020-08-30arm64: dts: imx8mm-evk: Align regulator names with schemaKrzysztof Kozlowski
Device tree schema expects regulator names to be lowercase. This fixes dtbs_check warnings like: pmic@4b: regulators:LDO1:regulator-name:0: 'LDO1' does not match '^ldo[1-6]$' Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzk@kernel.org> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawnguo@kernel.org>
2020-08-30arm64: dts: imx8mm-evk: Replace deprecated phy reset propertiesKrzysztof Kozlowski
Use preferred properties of phy node instead of deprecated phy-reset-gpios (and others). This avoids copying deprecated code into future DTSes. Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzk@kernel.org> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawnguo@kernel.org>
2020-08-30arm64: dts: imx8mm-evk: remove orphaned pinctrl-names propertyKrzysztof Kozlowski

2020-06-18arm64: dts: imx8mm-evk: correct ldo1/ldo2 voltage rangeRobin Gong
Correct ldo1 voltage range from wrong high group(3.0V~3.3V) to low group (1.6V~1.9V) because the ldo1 should be 1.8V. Actually, two voltage groups have been supported at bd718x7-regulator driver, hence, just corrrect the voltage range to 1.6V~3.3V. For ldo2@0.8V, correct voltage range too. Otherwise, ldo1 would be kept @3.0V and ldo2@0.9V which violate i.mx8mm datasheet as the below warning log in kernel: [ 0.995524] LDO1: Bringing 1800000uV into 3000000-3000000uV [ 0.999196] LDO2: Bringing 800000uV into 900000-900000uV Fixes: 78cc25fa265d ("arm64: dts: imx8mm-evk: Add BD71847 PMIC") Cc: stable@vger.kernel.org Signed-off-by: Robin Gong <yibin.gong@nxp.com> Reviewed-by: Dong Aisheng <aisheng.dong@nxp.com> Reviewed-by: Fabio Estevam <festevam@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawnguo@kernel.org>

2019-05-20arm64: dts: imx8mm-evk: Add BD71847 PMICLeonard Crestez
The BUCK2 regulator is used for cpufreq voltage control, otherwise configuration is mostly static. This uses the newly-implemented rohm,reset-snvs-powered property to properly handle the SNVS state of imx8mm. Between BD71837 and BD71847 the BUCK3/4 regulators were removed but datasheet and board schematics kept the names for BUCK5/6/7/8. The driver however renumbered 5/6/7/8 to 3/4/5/6.
