2018-03-09	arch: remove frv port	Arnd Bergmann
	The Fujitsu FRV kernel port has been around for a long time, but has not seen regular updates in several years and instead was marked 'Orphaned' in 2016 by long-time maintainer David Howells. The SoC product line apparently is apparently still around in the form of the Socionext Milbeaut image processor, but this one no longer uses the FRV CPU cores. 2010-06-09	arch: Implement local64_t	Peter Zijlstra
	On 64bit, local_t is of size long, and thus we make local64_t an alias. On 32bit, we fall back to atomic64_t. (architecture can provide optimized 32-bit version) (This new facility is to be used by perf events optimizations.)
