2016-01-26s390/pci: improve ZPCI_* macrosSebastian Ott
Most of the constants defined in pci_io.h depend on each other and thus can be calculated. Signed-off-by: Sebastian Ott <sebott@linux.vnet.ibm.com> Reviewed-by: Gerald Schaefer <gerald.schaefer@de.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: Martin Schwidefsky <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>
2016-01-26s390/pci: provide ZPCI_ADDR macroSebastian Ott
Provide and use a ZPCI_ADDR macro as the complement of ZPCI_IDX to get rid of some constants in the code. Signed-off-by: Sebastian Ott <sebott@linux.vnet.ibm.com> Reviewed-by: Gerald Schaefer <gerald.schaefer@de.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: Martin Schwidefsky <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>
2016-01-26s390/pci: adjust IOMAP_MAX_ENTRIESSebastian Ott
ZPCI_IOMAP_MAX_ENTRIES is off by one. Let's adjust this for the sake of correctness. Signed-off-by: Sebastian Ott <sebott@linux.vnet.ibm.com> Reviewed-by: Gerald Schaefer <gerald.schaefer@de.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: Martin Schwidefsky <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>
2015-01-21s390: add pci_iomap_rangeMichael S. Tsirkin
Virtio drivers should map the part of the range they need, not necessarily all of it. To this end, support mapping ranges within BAR on s390. Since multiple ranges can now be mapped within a BAR, we keep track of the number of mappings created, and only clear out the mapping for a BAR when this number reaches 0. 2014-11-03s390/pci: add sparse annotationsMartin Schwidefsky
Fix the following warnings from the sparse code checker: arch/s390/include/asm/pci_io.h:165:49: warning: cast removes address space of expression arch/s390/pci/pci.c:476:44: warning: cast removes address space of expression arch/s390/pci/pci.c:491:36: warning: incorrect type in argument 2 (different address spaces) arch/s390/pci/pci.c:491:36: expected void [noderef] <asn:2>*addr arch/s390/pci/pci.c:491:36: got void *<noident> Signed-off-by: Martin Schwidefsky <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>
2013-08-22s390/pci: cleanup function namesMartin Schwidefsky
Rename s390pci_xyz to zpci_xxz and set_irq_ctrl to zpci_set_irq_ctrl. Signed-off-by: Martin Schwidefsky <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>
2013-04-17s390/pci: do not read data after failed loadSebastian Ott
If a pci load instruction fails the content of the register where the data is stored is possibly unchanged. Fix the inline assembly wrapper __pcilg to not return stale data. Additionally fix the callers of this function who access uninitialized variables. 2013-04-17s390/pci: add exception table to load/store instructionsSebastian Ott
Don't let pci_load and friends crash the kernel when called with e.g. an invalid offset. Return -ENXIO instead. Reviewed-by: Gerald Schaefer <gerald.schaefer@de.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: Sebastian Ott <sebott@linux.vnet.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: Martin Schwidefsky <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>
2013-04-17s390/pci: rename instruction wrappersSebastian Ott
Use distinct (and hopefully sane) names for the pci instruction wrappers. Reviewed-by: Gerald Schaefer <gerald.schaefer@de.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: Sebastian Ott <sebott@linux.vnet.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: Martin Schwidefsky <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>
2012-11-30s390/pci: base supportJan Glauber
Add PCI support for s390, (only 64 bit mode is supported by hardware): - PCI facility tests - PCI instructions: pcilg, pcistg, pcistb, stpcifc, mpcifc, rpcit - map readb/w/l/q and writeb/w/l/q to pcilg and pcistg instructions - pci_iomap implementation - memcpy_fromio/toio - pci_root_ops using special pcilg/pcistg - device, bus and domain allocation Signed-off-by: Jan Glauber <jang@linux.vnet.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: Martin Schwidefsky <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>
