As of commit a01cb8ba3f628293 ("drm: Move drm_plane_helper_check_state()
into drm_atomic_helper.c"), drm_plane_helper_check_state() no longer
exists, but is part of drm_atomic_helper_check_plane_state().

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

Clear all assignments of struct drm_driver's fd/handle callbacks to
drm_gem_prime_fd_to_handle() and drm_gem_prime_handle_to_fd(). These
functions are called by default. Add a TODO item to convert vmwgfx
to the defaults as well.
