Function zx_find_crtc() does the exactly same thing as what crtc helper
drm_crtc_from_index() provides. Use the helper to save some code.

Replace uses of fb->pixel_format with fb->format->format.
Less duplicated information is a good thing.
Note that coccinelle failed to eliminate the
"/* fourcc format */" comment from drm_framebuffer.h, so I had
to do that part manually.

Replace drm_format_plane_cpp(fb->pixel_format) with just
fb->format->cpp[]. Avoids the expensive format info lookup.

error.

This is the initial ZTE VOU display controller DRM/KMS driver. There
are still some features to be added, like overlay plane, scaling, and
more output devices support. But it's already useful with dual CRTCs
and HDMI display working.
