Use devm_ioremap_resource() in order to make the code simpler,
and move 'struct resource *mem' from 'struct jz4740_hwmon' to
jz4740_hwmon_probe() because the 'mem' variable is used only in
jz4740_hwmon_probe(). Also the redundant return value check of
platform_get_resource() is removed, because the value is checked
by devm_ioremap_resource().

wait_for_completion_interruptible_timeout() may return negative value.
In this case, checking if (t > 0) will return true if t is unsigned.

mfd_get_cell returns a const, so change the jz4740 clients to store
a const mfd cell. This silences type mismatch warnings.

No need to explicitly set the cell's platform_data/data_size.
Modify clients to use mfd_get_cell helper function instead of
accessing platform_data directly.
