There are several error cases where hns_roce_create_ah() returns
directly without jumping to sw stat path, thus leading to a problem
that the ah error counter does not increase.

When allocating MTT hem, for each hop level of each hem that is being
allocated, the driver iterates the hem list to find out whether the
bt page has been allocated in this hop level. If not, allocate a new
one and splice it to the list. The time complexity is O(n^2) in worst
cases.
Currently the allocation for-loop uses 'unit' as the step size. This
actually has taken into account the reuse of last-hop-level MTT bt
pages by multiple buffer pages. Thus pages of last hop level will
never have been allocated, so there is no need to iterate the hem list
in last hop level.
Removing this unnecessary iteration can reduce the time complexity to
O(n).

The 1bit-ECC recovery address read from HW only contain bits 64:12, so
it should be fixed left-shifted 12 bits when used.

When a large number of tasks are issued, the speed of HW processing
mbx will slow down. The standard for judging mbx timeout in the current
firmware is 30ms, and the current timeout standard for the driver is also
30ms.
Considering that firmware scheduling in multi-function scenarios takes a
certain amount of time, this will cause the driver to time out too early
and report a failure before mbx execution times out.
This patch introduces a new mechanism that can set different timeouts for
different cmds and extends the timeout of mbx to 35ms.

Commit 27c5fd271d8b ("RDMA/hns: The UD mode can only be configured
with DCQCN") adds a check of congest control alorithm for UD. But
that patch causes a problem: hr_dev->caps.congest_type is global,
used by all QPs, so modifying this field to DCQCN for UD QPs causes
other QPs unable to use any other algorithm except DCQCN.
Revert the modification in commit 27c5fd271d8b ("RDMA/hns: The UD

to struct hns_roce_qp and configure DCQCN for UD QPs.

'struct hns_roce_hem' is used to refer to the last level of
dma buffer managed by the hw, pointed by a single BA(base
address) in the previous level of BT(base table), so the dma
buffer in 'struct hns_roce_hem' must be contiguous.
Right now the size of dma buffer in 'struct hns_roce_hem' is
decided by mhop->buf_chunk_size in get_hem_table_config(),
which ensure the mhop->buf_chunk_size is power of two of
PAGE_SIZE, so there will be only one contiguous dma buffer
allocated in hns_roce_alloc_hem(), which means hem->chunk_list
and chunk->mem for linking multi dma buffers is unnecessary.
This patch removes the hem->chunk_list and chunk->mem and other
related macro and function accordingly.

In the current implementation, a fixed addressing level is used for
PBL. But in fact, the necessary addressing level is related to page
size and the size of MR.
This patch calculates the addressing level according to page size
and the size of MR, and uses the addressing level to configure the
PBL.

page_shift and page_cnt is only used in mtr_map_bufs(). And these
parameter could be calculated indepedently.
Strip the computation of page_shift and page_cnt from mtr_init_buf_cfg(),
reducing the number of parameters of it. This helps reducing coupling
between mtr_init_buf_cfg() and mtr_map_bufs().

hns_roce_mtr_find() is a collection of multiple functions, and the
return value is also difficult to understand, which is not conducive
to modification and maintenance.

IB-core and rdma-core restrict the sgid_index specified by users,
which is uint8_t/u8 data type, to only be within the range of 0-255,
so it's meaningless to support excessively large gid_table_len.
On the other hand, ib-core creates as many sysfs gid files as
gid_table_len, most of which are not only useless because of the
reason above, but also greatly increase the traversal time of
the sysfs gid files for applications.
This patch limits the maximum length of gid table to 256.

During device init, a struct for HW stats will be allocated. As HW
stats are not supported for VF and HIP08, currently
hns_roce_alloc_hw_port_stats() returns NULL in this case. However,
ib-core considers the returned NULL pointer as memory allocation
failure and returns ENOMEM, eventually leading to the failure of VF
and HIP08 init.
In the case where the driver does not support the .alloc_hw_port_stats()
ops, ib-core will return EOPNOTSUPP and ignore this error code in the
upper layer function. So for VF and HIP08, just don't set the HW stats
ops to ib-core.
